Workouts are amazing! I attended classes at the Glen Cove location. Classes average around 38 - 45 mins but during the entire time your heart rate is up and every part of your body is being put to use. The HIIT concept is used and I think it's the best experience everyone should join into.

Steve and Be1st fitness have been a wonderful find for me. Steve is motivational and supportive as I work through the many routines in his classes. My body has changed and people are always commenting on my improved appearance.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone at any age.
