Benswic is in the business in getting each individual to it's performance goals. We prepare them to get the most out of our training by developing strength, endurance, balance, core, injury prevention and flexibility ββ leading to a better performance and reduced setbacks.
We built all this around Families. For Benswic is a Family business that caters around both Youth and Adults. We know first hand on how having a family could limit resources for both Parents and Kids, especially when it comes down with planning things for the family and wondering if there's enough time for you.

BENSWIC is all about forging athletes..and that it does. The Saturday group classes are amazing as usual. Will, the owner, not only focuses on strength, he also incorporates mobility and cardio allowing you to get a well rounded workout that leaves you feeling great at the end. Tired, but great. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone of all fitness levels.

In early January, I was surfing the internet in search of a sports rehabilitation center. When I came across the Benswic Inc. website, and reached out to the founder, William Marshall. My daughters (ages 8 and 15) are both athletes, and incurred injuries while running track & field. After having a phone conversation, and a couple of text messages, I visited the Benswic Sports Club. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Marshall, and his staff. A few weeks later my youngest daughter began strength training with him. My oldest daughter would join her a few weeks later, which would end abruptly due to the COV-19 pandemic. Although, they weren't members of the sports club, it felt welcoming. The facility is small, but it is clean and well equipped. I am considering registering my girls for memberships, but due to these unforseen circumstances I will just have to wait and see. I predict great things are on the horizons for Benswic Inc., as they expand their brand to new heights.

The Benswic staff do a tremendous job with my son. I have seen gains in his athleticism and change in his body since attending workouts with Coach Will, Anthony and Sha. Being a HS basketball coach myself, I feel Benswicβs training gives athletes an extra boost to complete at the highest level.

This is my third year as part of the Benswic Track Club it has been an awesome experience. My son has grown as an exceptional athlete and a young man. The coaches care about the childrenβs overall health and experience in the sports world not just about winning.

My young kids have been on the track team for the past year. They are gaining a love of running and competing, while also building their confidence. Although they train hard at practice, the team also works on strength, agility, and stretching to built up their core and prevent future injuries. They love the team and the coaches, and always want to go to practice more than their schedules permit.

I have been taking three classes a week with trainers William Marshall and Anthony Brock for over a year now, and I can attest to their passion and professionalism. They take a genuine interest in you and help you find the means to push your own limits. They are very knowledgeable and emphasize injury prevention as part of their training, and they train to produce tangible results. If you want to increase your core strength, balance, endurance, reflexes and overall conditioning with minimal risk, this is the place for you.

Hands down the best fitness center in the city! Classes are dynamic and challenging, yet well thought out. Boutique feel enables the trainers to get to know your specific strengths and weaknesses (even during large group classes) so that workouts and equipment can be quickly tweaked to keep you challenged and injury free. This is a wonderful program for kids. It was my daughters first experience with track and she was hesitant to try it but after the first practice she was hooked. He was super motivating and has a great demeanor with all the kids---an excellent coach. She can't wait to go back in the fall!

I ended up moving muscles I have neglected in a very long time. I thought I was in good shape until I had my first class. I cant wait to get used to the routine. Very different from going to the gym and doing repetitive movements. Im sticking to it.

Wonderful Track Program! William is building a great program. William and his coaches are patient and diligent, and all have a record of individual success and are happy to share what they know with kids. The practice schedule is flexible enough so that kids can go several times a week regardless of where they live. The workout has elements of cross fit as well as actual running to increase speed and stamina. Highly recommended.
