I like the feeling of running a gym that is diverse, individuals that come from lots of different backgrounds, people that never put on the gloves, l love teaching boxing. No matter you're 7 years old or 107 we will adapt to your comfort zone.
We don't have lots of exercise equipment but, I hear people say, "I feel GREAT," when they walk out the door. Yes!, the workouts are challenging, of course because we want you to feel, how the experienced fighter/boxer/athletes feels.
So come in, NO PREVIOUS BOXING IS REQUIRED!
One of our main reasons to be in existence, keep in vulnerable youth off the streets, and teaching them to respect everyone they may come in contact with. Come in, Help share these encounters.
