I’ve seen real results working with John at Better Form Fitness. He’s a great trainer — patient, knowledgeable, and always adapts to his clients’ needs. This is the first gym I’ve ever stuck as I am nearing one year here, and I actually look forward to every session. Highly recommend! P.S. his other clients are a great bunch to work out with.

I’ve been training with John at Better Form Fitness for 3 months, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. The small group format is perfect — you still get lots of personal attention and guidance, but with the fun energy and motivation of a group.
John is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and knows how to push you just the right amount. Every session feels different and challenging, and they always make sure to adapt the exercises to each person’s level and goals. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall fitness since joining.

I started training with John at Better Form Fitness in November 2024, and it’s truly been a game-changer for me. I’ve been consistently going every week since which is saying a lot, because I’ve never been someone who could stick with a workout routine for more than a few weeks or months.
What makes this experience different is the way John structures his small group training classes. Even though you're in a group, every workout is personalized to your individual goals and what works best for your body. I never feel lost or left behind, and I always feel like I’m getting exactly what I need out of each session.
John’s approach has completely transformed not only how I look but how I feel. I’m stronger, more confident, and actually look forward to working out something I never thought I’d say! I've been training with John since before he opened his gym, Better Form Fitness, and I’ve followed him ever since — that’s how much I trust his approach. I started with 1:1 personal training and now do small group personal training, which I absolutely love. The community is great, and the programming is thoughtfully tailored to each person.
John creates plans that meet you where you are but always push you to grow. Since working with him consistently since November 2024, my strength gains have been through the roof, and my cardio has improved thanks to the added conditioning work. The training sessions are efficient, effective, and structured — all I have to do is show up and put in the work.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. He personalizes programs based on your capabilities and continually challenges you in a way that’s sustainable and motivating. The small group format is more efficient and impactful than anything I’ve experienced at a traditional gym.

I’ve been working with John for a few months now, and the results have been nothing short of amazing.
