Great instructors offering several styles of yoga. Plenty of ways to attend from drop in to annual unlimited. The Yin class on Wednesday is the perfect way to relax.
I have been attending regularly for several years now and I love how each class is different and has something new for me to appreciate. A lot has to do with the nuanced instructions from truly dedicated teachers. I will be attending for many years to come.

Love Melissa's classes she has a non-judgmental presence about her, soothing music and wholesome flows. My favorite thing that she does is during shavasana!;]

I walked in years ago and keep coming back. Truly a beautiful and inviting space to practice your yoga. A wonderful yoga community that will welcome you each and every time.**Update - although I moved out of the area 3 years ago, I still visit Binghamton Yoga upon every visit to Broome County. What a true gem to have this wonderful studio in your community. Excellent instructors, a beautiful space and fair prices make this yoga studio a go-to every time.

I have been practicing yoga at Binghamton yoga for 7 years. Emily and Jason offer many classes at all levels. And I enjoy them all. Yoga truly is the pathway away from pain! And most classes are 75 minutes long.

Had my first class with Linda and loved it. The Therapeutic Yoga class is very beginner friendly and she offers different alternatives based on comfort level. They have all equipment/materials if you donβt have your own (I donβt yet), and the room was very comfortable where you have your own space and arenβt too close and cramped to the person beside you. Iβm excited for my next class!

My experience was great with Linda for yoga but once the class was over and the owner came in to start her class, Emily was rude and talked down to you when asking a question. I don't recommend her. I was going to keep coming back until I met the owner and I no longer want to give business to her.

I have been practicing yoga at Binghamton Yoga for years, I love this studio! As soon as I walk in, I can feel myself relax. The instructors are helpful, kind and welcoming. I love that I can choose the classes that I attend each week depending on my availability and what I want to practice.

Friendliest yoga studio around! Take a class with Emily - her soothing voice will relax you and her practice will restore your Zen.

One of the instructors invited me to take a class and really wasn't very nice to me.They were really nasty to me and gave me dirty looks when I politely said bye bye. Then Jason Shaw sent me a weirdo email saying he can't help me when I wasn't looking for help but just upset with the way I was treated
