I am 55 years old. I've been training, at Biofit, since January of 2020 and currently,I'm down 40 pounds.What I love about Biofit, are the proven theories of intense physical training and watching those theories manifest into a better and stronger physique. The owner, Jay, is a bank of knowledge and will educate you on the misleading and often flat out lies, told to us by the physical fitness industry. One need not go far to test his knowledge because he is physically and mentally sharp as a tack, himself. He practices what he preaches and he wishes those same results from every single client that goes to Biofit. I encourage all of you to seek better mental and physical well being by going there. You are never too old, and it's never too late. Your health is worth it.

Biofit is great!!! After trying everything from Boot Camp to Yoga, I have had the best results in less than 3 months with Jay than I have had in years of working out 6 times a week. Hard to believe that 2 - 30 minute workouts are all you need. Jay really knows his stuff!!!!

Coming from someone who has been involved in the fitness world for quite some time and is a prior OCB Bodybuilding Athlete, BioFit is as good as it gets in the training world. Unfortunately, the fitness industry has began to depart from science and build plans that are based almost entirely on the recent "trend." BioFit has found a way to bring back the science of exercise and incorporate it in an effective plan that actually works. The best part about BioFit, especially for those who are extremely busy, is the efficiency. Jay has found a way to create individualized plans that maximize your results in the shortest period of time possible...who doesn't want that?
If you are looking for someone who will impart knowledge and educate through the process, instead of give you a cookie cutter plan that will likely yield little or no results, Jay Vincent is your guy.

Jay is a great no-nonsense personal trainer. You aren't going to do crazy exercises that you aren't sure what they even do, you are going to strength train for 30 minutes, 2xs a week and actually feel yourself getting stronger! I reccomend him highly.

I cannot recommend Biofit enough!! I came across Jay and his gym when I was cast in a role for a local show. I sent an email inquiring about information and within 24 hours, Jay got in touch. He has been helping me with my workouts, as well as diet. He is always available for any question or concerns that I have and with his help, I am on my to accomplishing my goals!! Great place to be!
