This gym is the worst gym I have ever been to, and unfortunately it because of the people that work out here. Gyms get busy but here people will hog machines for over an hour, or even worse monopolize a whole section. Unfortunately the staff isn’t able to do much, and they’re not the issue. It’s the people who ruin the space for everyone else. If management cared they would enforce a time limit during busy hours (several other gyms I have gone to do this). Unfortunately I will be cancelling my gym membership here, it’s that frustrating. I highly recommend going to another gym if you want to be serious and efficient about your workout routines.

No childcare. I feel like a gym without childcare does not value the working mother. We have difficulty with self care due to all of the many things we do on a daily basis having a gym with chilcare provides us with the opportunity to work out for ourselves and our children get a chance to build new relationships and burn off energy as well. Mothers who work full time and do not have a sitter need a gym that is child friendly. All gyms should have this available. I'm sure it is a wonderful gym. But I cannot enjoy due to lack of childcare. I'm sure other mothers feel the same.

Canceled my gym membership in person with my girl friend November 2022 for black friday because we got a new gym membership somewhere else. They told me they would take care of my account and cancel but they continued to bill me. I went back again to cancel and they still did not close out my account. So once i found out i was still being billed about 8 months later. It turned out that they had made an additional account under my name so i was paying for 2 memberships for months of thinking my membership was already canceled. They took around $700 from me with annual fees. I went and called multiple times to this day im still getting emails saying i have an active membership. They keep blaming this on the old staff and refuse to give me a proper full refund. Truly terrible customer experience and negligent staff thats cant handle anything unless active manager is there. I just want all my money returned to me. I cannot recommend this place. I only signed up for a 3 months but had to pay for 8 on two different accounts.

This gym is probably the worst Blink on Long Island. They clearly don’t take care of their machines nor care about the environment. The set up of the machines are so weird. They have the stair master next to a treadmill? Why would they want someone who is on the stair master sweat falling on to someone on the treadmill??!! They should go back to the old set up. I complained to a worker about this set up and nothing was done. This is the only Blink with this weird set up. Also one of the machines the stair master has been broken for months and they never bothered to fix it. Everyone I know says they can’t stand this blink and to go else where.

I went to this blink fitness in Brentwood and the customer service was horrible. I was trying to get a membership but the front desk person named Daniel did not speak English or even cared to try and get someone else to help with enrolling a membership with them. Overall, I think it is very unprofessional, therefore, I will be taking my money to a more qualified gym.

It’s a great place to do your workout. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are interested in a trainer who pushes you to your limits in every session/workout and teaches you everything about good form so you dont get injured at any time his name is Sebastian. I trained with him for one year he is friendly, funny, and very serious and professional with his job.

If I could give this place zero stars I would just because I’m not a member of their gym they refused to let my five-year-old son who needed to use the bathroom extremely bad he was about to go in his pants I told them it’s not for me it’s for a child instead I had to go three doors down to use the billiards which is like a bar and they let my son use the bathroom because they were the only other thing open so I tried to put my son in not a bad environment and was turned down but yet a billiards pool bar allowed him to use their bathroom they’re absolutely unacceptable to not let a child a five-year-old child not use the bathroom I was disgusted by the management there

Poor costumer care, I was helping helping my wife with a not working machine when one of those ladies who work cleaning the place start yelling me from far away about keep social distance I yell her back, then she was cursing at me and everytime she passed by me she was cursing. The gym itself is good. The staff is very kind and respectful. However typically between 4-8 on weekdays it is extremely crowded. Especially in the free weight section. Free weights at times will be everywhere and most people don’t put them away which is very frustrating.

Worst place ever

I’m sorry for writing down this but you guys don’t do the things worthy because my friend enrolled to the class in one day and in the next second she just gave up the idea, sent them an email asking the cancellation and they told us it was just doing in person. We finally got in the place after a week of the cancellation order and it wasn’t cancelled yet!
They even charged us more $8 for a thing she never used and was trying to return!

We spend a total of $18 for a membership that never existed and they thing it was okay.
