Okay I'll start with the gym is very clean you have two ladies and gentlemen that keeps it very well groomed. My only concern I have is being at hunts point blink right now a lot of machines elliptical and some other machines are rusted in certain areas you have a few bikes that are there that are missing parts the handles are wobbly the ones that are missing plus the pedals not working so you can't use them some of the treadmills a little rusty as well and some of the machines like the attachments for the cable crossover are a little worn out so hopefully with the switch to pure fitness taking over things can be corrected but as far as the atmosphere it's kind of cool you know but that's the only gym in my area so right now I don't have no choice that's basically it also as far as statement that's the cheapest gym for the areas that's not true because planet fitness is cheaper to stay in one location.

This location is average but just like every blink this one gets packed as well two times out of the day, alot of non serious gym goers (instagram, tiktok bloggers, dudes on a date). Damn near every day there is a woman or girl , taking pictures in the locker room while women are getting dressed. Today , 8/22/2025 8 am , I told an employee about a girl taking pictures while I was getting dressed. The employee would rather say" It's too early for all of this" instead of enforcing the rules. This is ridiculous and the new app isn't working.

Right after I signed up for the highest membership I was told that I can only bring my friend 4 times a month so I asked what’s the point of getting the best membership just to not be able to bring others along, was then told if I want to cancel I’ll have to pay a fee even though it haven’t used the membership and had just created and paid for the account.

I set an score of 4 because I really love Blink but yesterday I was so disappointed when I received the new terms and conditions, now is not possible to bring an unlimited guest, I don’t like going alone to the gym!, and that was one of the main reasons why I loved blink, your staff is great, the place is clean, yesterday for the first time the AC was really working and I loved it, the environment in the gym feels relax, I was 100% happy being a Blink customer, being honest it is very disappointing that now I will no be able to bring someone with me every time and possibly I’ll be canceling my membership.

Soy un usuario que comenzó desde el mes de mayo como el 13, me hicieron pagar una membresía de 40 más 23 mensuales total 63 en ese mes, el mes siguiente que fue en junio a julio me descontaron el mes 23 a mi y Ami pareja ya que cada uno pagamos membresía aparte , en ese caso quise ir al gym a entrenar y o sorpresa tenía que pagar nuevamente la membresía 63 , se hablo con el manager y el indico que no se podía dar solución que para eso tenía que pagar nuevamente, quise que me ayude cancelando ya que me estaban descontando y tenía que pagar una multa de 70 dólares más , ahora pague el 31 de julio la membresía 63 dólares más y o sorpresa ya no me dejan entrar por qué el sistema se actualiza y no pueden hacer nada y me sacaron del gym, me dió vergüenza por qué e pagado como ellos indicaron. Eso para mí es un robo estafan a la gente y el manager no me dió solución ya que el ese día estubo cuando pague nuevamente.
Gente no recomiendo este gym por qué si así es como Migo es con mucha gente más que está pasando por lo mismo ya que hacen pagar una mensualidad no al año te cobran dos veces y no te dejan entrenar.

This site is horrible. They charge a card whenever they want with whatever price they want for no reason. They are thieves! The staff is incompetent. And I will be going to the store in person to get my money back which they ILLEGALLY took from my account! his place is a total scam. I signed up online during a “penny promotion” and never stepped foot in the gym or completed enrollment — yet Blink still considers my membership active and is now demanding $132 just to cancel. I never used the facility once, never got a key tag, never even walked in the building.

Now they’re saying I have to come in in person and pay this bogus, prorated fee to stop them from charging me more in the future. That’s completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to trap people in billing cycles they didn’t agree to.

This is NOT how you build trust with potential members. Be very careful signing up for any promotions online — they will make it incredibly hard to cancel, even if you never actually join.

Several of the stationary bikes on the 2nd floor have pedals that slip and make noise one has visible rust. None of the treadmill monitors are connected and the video selection on main screens are ESPN or the looping blink channel. I wouldn't say extremely clean but clean for a Gym.

Mostly good overall. Main complaint is that the club is consistently packed. There are maybe two (non consecutive) hours out of the whole day where I can get access to all the equipment that I intend to use.

Otherwise, it's improvising a 'Plan B' workout. Or doing a lot of waiting for the equipment I actually want.

Today I was fortunate enough to try a new blink location. I was warmly greeted by the front desk customer service LANAY, who had wonderful energy and was very informative about the gym area, etc. She was also able to help accommodate me for my "startup.""personal trainer" session. Timothy Hunter was the trainer. We had a great conversation. He listened, he understood my goals, and he helped me every step of the way! Not only did he know what he was talking about, but he also looked the part. Which is always a plus for me. Great gym; I will return again!

What brought me to join Blink is MARIA!!! or as I like to call her Ms. Delgado. Since I've started training with her it has been a phenomenal experience. I love her energy and vibe. Love the gym but I love my trainer even more! Maria makes working out fun. She teaches me how to use the machines properly and proper form. I’ve been a member of this blink for almost 4 years. Great gym but most importantly, my trainer is the reason I keep attending this gym. Maria is the best! I have been working with her for about 2 years continuously. I have improved my lower body strength drastically and have not been afraid take on new challenges with her help! Best staff member! This is a great facility. There seems to be ample spots/spaces to work out with 2 floors. It is clean and staff is nice and willing to help out. The stand out is the trainer Maria Delgado. She is always professional and super genuinely cheerful All THE TIME! I don’t know how she does it. =) She will push you at YOUR level but adjust when needed. What I like about the most is that she is constantly retraining and on top of her certifications. I’ve seen other trainers come and go but she is a staple and truly great at her craft.
