Worst costumer service. For sure i wont continue working out with this gym. Since they switched to Pure Gym it's absolutely bad. People of front desk treat you like they are doing you a favor. Many clients drop dumbbells and barbell’s carelessly creating a danger of physical harm, even though there are signs regarding this practice they are ignored and not enforced, besides the building is old and I wonder if it is creating structural damage and stress.
The men’s bathroom needs cleaning especially by the urinals, and the soap dispenser is usually not working or needs to be filled.
In one isolated occasion I became short of breath because and individual was vaping near my work station .

First time visiting this gym and I was welcomed with a weird face expression by the Manager at the front desk , Jessica or yesica. Them I asked her a few questions and she was rude and unprofessional, she was not welcoming at all. This person needs to be retrained to continue dealing with people . I'm trained to offer exceptional customer service where I Work. And I take it very serious. Simple Things like SMILING 🙂 and introducing yourself as a “manager” or whatever your tittle is should be mandatory when speaking to the public and being the face of a big company like this. She looks miserable and bored there.
people go to the gym to relax not to deal with an unprofessional “manager”. Thanks God I went for a free pass and did not join this gym .. I wouldn’t pay my money to go to a place where I don’t feel welcome. Plus ,

Blink is robbing people. I have been a member since 2019. Because they have switched over to pure gym, I now have to pay a new activation fee plus maintenance fee, totaling to $100 after just paying them $60 in MAY for a maintenance fee. It is very unacceptable and a slap in the face after being a member for such a long time.

I have been going to this blink since it opened - but I’m a disappointed with the quality of the machines there currently. I have gone to other locations and their machines are state of the art, up to date and functioning as they should.

We pay a monthly fee and expect good, working machines/equipment.

I personally love this BLINK. I recently called to inquire about membership, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected to reach a professional, but when I said hello, the representative simply responded with "Hello" instead of introducing themselves or the company. I asked if I had reached a personal number or if this was Blinks Fitness, and she confirmed it was Blinks, then asked how she could help.

At that moment, I thought to myself, "This is not the place for me." I decided to decline further engagement. The lack of professionalism in a business setting was astonishing. If this is how I was treated during my very first interaction, I can only imagine how I would be treated as a member. I have never been so disappointed in my life. No thank you; I will look for options elsewhere.

The way they act helps to keep a comfortable gym experience. I do have a lot of enjoyable interactions with them. These moments have an influence on me coming back. Every time I come to the GYM the TV on the treadmills don’t work I enjoy watching the news as I exercise it keeps me distracted and motivated, this is also the only blink facility that I see this happening, the one predominantly all black establishment please address this situation as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service. Was told I would get a call back from the manager and never did. I canceled my membership over a month ago and had to pay over $100 just to cancel it. This gym has a lot of members. A few people are machine hogs - holding up more than one machine or sitting at one machine without using it for over 15 minutes. It stays packed. Staff keeps the gym relatively clean. They need to return the weight scales they had in the bathrooms and the water fountains.

The only blink with a pulley rope anywhere in NYC. I don’t know why more blinks don’t have such a simple piece of equipment that is transformative. The staff is more inattentive than most blinks- Harlem, Parkchester, Fulton Street, Chelsea and several more have more serious about training and helping. I have asked to have TP to the men’s bathroom several times. They start shutting down the music and lights one-half hour before and several times shut off all the lights in the locker room which is extremely dangerous with people tripping over benches and can’t see where they are going. Ultimately, the lights have to come back on and the whole process takes even longer.

There is a guy who hogs up the pulley machine by the kettlebells for over an hour alllll the time and it is so annoying. He is also using up about 6 pairs of dumbbells, 3 barbell weights, and 2 barbells and a bench. All for way too long preventing others from using it. They need to put restrictions on all machines and equipment to 30 minutes max because it is ridiculous how obnoxious he is using up too much equipment at once and for way too long. He is fair skinned, short and wears a cap. Might be of Hispanic descent.

The staff at this location is uninformed on the cancellation policy & rude so I joined back in aug of last year with the understanding that when the vax mandate was to go in effect I would have the option to freeze my account or cancel well I didnt get a option so fast forward I recieved a email that the vax mandate would be lifted and all accounts would be unfroze I called up to inquire about cancelling my account in may prior to the deadline date to unfreeze the accounts and I was told over the phone that my account would be cancelled and I had nothing to worry about going forward never being told I had to come in to filled out a cancellation form then when I check my statement I notice I was charged for june & july so I called up to address the issue and was greeted by an unprofessional & rude woman over the phone that challenged me in a hostile manner to come to the location and address the problem I proceeded to make my way there when I got there they said she was doin interviews and another gentlemen came and assisted me he said he couldnt refund me my money even tho I have not been in that gym in over 10 months so he proceeded to cancel the account and said "I had nothing to worry about and no more money would taken from my account and I still had 45 days to use the gym" which I had no interest in doin which is why I tried to cancel in the first place but now I check my statement from aug and I have a $15 dollar charge from blink at this point I am frustrated and feel violated also this proves my initial issue where I was giving false information over the phone that my account would be cancelled and I would have nothing to worry about once again im in the same situation. This staff needs training on blinks policies and learn how to give proper information & instructions to the guest when needed I would like a refund of all my money that was stolen from me due to the lack of knowledge from your staff

It's a pretty small gym, but had everything I needed and the staff was pretty nice and chill. Had a great workout. I also saw they no longer use Sani-wipes, they use cloths and a spray for customers to clean equipment before and after use. Masks are optional.

Honestly I don’t know what happened to this location. I’ve been a member since 2016. The new staff they hired after quarantine is horrible. They don’t want to be there and they rush you out before it’s 11pm. Even cut the music off at 10:30 pm. They mop the floors while you are working out and honestly it’s so sad how people behave when they don’t want to be at work. Like I get it. You hate the night shift but to begin cleaning before people leave is insensitive. The steps are mopped before 10:30pm just because they want to get their job done early and leave. Like stay your full shift and clean up when people leave. Why are you mopping floors when people are still in ? The steps at that. They also cut the lights off at 10:57 telling people they’re closed and to get out. I was in the middle of changing in the locker room when that happened. Where did yall find These employees???? The previous employees were so nice and supportive and always provided guidance and motivation. These people here now are only here for the paycheck.
