Been working out at this gym for the last few years now and that's coming to an end.
So sad to see its closing on the 31st. Staff has always been so pleasant and always smiling. The cleaness gym I've worked out at.

I joined when this gym opened and stayed with it through the pandemic, but the management lost all interest in maintaining the space and the equipment. Leaking pipes, sinks that don't work, burned out light bulbs, dirty equipment, fraying cords on fitness equipment, no cleaning wipes, hair tangled in aerobic equipment. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but now is apathetic. Messages to Blink club manager and regional supervisor are ignored. Blink doesn't care about their brand or reputation.

I will miss this gym. It's so sad and annoying that the Galleria is closing and taking the many conveniences it had with it. I hope Blink comes back when they rebuild the Galleria or finds another location in White Plains within walking distance of the train station.

Been a member for 8 years and they didn’t even have the decency to respectfully respond to my calls, emails, and I even visited the person in charge Melvyn G. and it was still terrible follow up customer service.

I cancelled my membership and wanted to renew it but I was given the run around..already paid my annual fee and I should be honored and not have to repay it. Truly wasted my time. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!

NOT HOT WATER FOR A FEW DAYS.... Unfortunately for several days I have not been able to do my exercises since the greeting every morning is a sing indicating that there is not hot water... I wish they were as efficient in solving that problem as they are to collect the membership money each month. THINKING OF SWITCHING TO PLANET FITNESS ACOUPLE OF BLOCKS DOWN....

It's a really solid gym, late hours are much appreciated. Staff are friendly and laid back. There's enough equipment that I don't usually have to wait too long. The cross cable machine, pull up bars, and benches can get crowded during peak hours, so I usually work out later in the evening (8-11).

The place is clean, not many people at nice, workers are polite and professional, and it is in a good area. I would recommend this blink gym to anyone who wants to be fit. The equipment is in good condition with plenty of weights available.

Not happy with the corporate end of Blink Fitness who has given me the run around regarding getting a credit for months that I did not use my membership and I tried to cancel. I guess things aren't financially sound with corporate and they are looking for any money they can get? Local manager was helpful but her hands must be tied at the corporate level.

Not happy with their website or customer service at all. Wouldn't recommend getting involved with them.

After reading other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one that had a problem trying to cancel and their response seems to be the text book answer for everyone........don't feel back at all leaving a poor review!

Every machine every treadmill has sweat on it.
Employees are too busy playing Uno cards to go around cleaning the machines. They literally sit there on their phones. I’m not one to care about what employees do, as long as the gym I’m paying for is clean not only for me but for the other members! So I sincerely apologize if any of them are offended reading this. I recently canceled my membership and will be calling corporate to see if I can get my maintenance fee back because there is no maintenance happening in this gym!
Management needs to take care of this especially with the pandemic the cleanliness of the gym is essential! Absolutely disgusting.

The showers were filthy and there was no hot water. Many of us have to return to work so working out very early is what we like to do. The last thing you want after sweating is a freezing cold shower. 👎

Buyer beware when you sign up. All sorts of stipulations to cancel and you might end up buying yourself months to years of headaches. This gym has not had enough machines for the amount of members it has anyway every time I have gone I have been unable to workout the way I have wanted hence bringing my business elsewhere the cancellation song and dance is just extra trouble to avoid here.

This is a terrible business. After COVID hit they were still charging me. I asked them to cancel my membership they wanted to charged me to cancel. Not only that, they took additional charges off my card with an annual membership fee on top. I have spoke with the individual center to speak with the manager and no one has contact me. They just took another charge from me at the beginning of the month. What kind of scam are they running?

I would not recommend you this gym. The employees did not explain well the whole different membership colors and now that I moved I cannot go to their gym anymore, and they are treating me unfair because they are giving me fees that accumulate more than $120 dollars. You should be careful to see what plan you get if you do join, but don't do it if you don't live close to White Plains.

It is a very stressful gym when you're supposed to be healthier by going there. I am a college student and now that I moved I can't go to Blink anymore and they won't compromise to waive the fees.
