Blocks is a private Personal Training & Strength and Conditioning facility located in the heart of Garden City. At Blocks we cater to all levels of fitness and athletics. Blocks has built a powerful community bridging personal training members and professional athletes. Using our coaches advanced certifications as well backgrounds in athletics we have built a system that allows for intelligent design in programming resulting in injury prevention and superior long term results for you. Using the latest technology and excellence in coaching we are able to offer a completely unique experience unmatched in the fitness industry today.

Blocks Fitness is absolutely the place to be! Matt and Kev are phenomenal coaches who genuinely care about your progress. They ditch the "one-size-fits-all" approach, offering personalized, science-based workouts tailored to your exact needs, even working around injuries. What really sets Blocks apart for me is their holistic approach. It's not just about lifting weights; they dive into nutrition, breathwork, and truly functional movement. They've got your back with everything, including supporting any injuries, which has been a game-changer for me. Seriously, I can't recommend them enough – a huge 10/10! And as a bonus, the facilities are always super clean and organized, and finding parking is never an issue. I'm just so grateful for the impact these guys have and the amazing transformations they help their clients achieve!

I’ve been going to this gym since 2018 and I honestly love it. Kevin and Matt are super motivating and always bring great energy. Every program they’ve had me do has fit my goals perfectly and helped me get stronger over the years. The knowledge and expertise of trainer Matt impresses me every session. He is intelligent and knows exactly what exercises I can complete safely to make my body look, fell, and function better daily! I cannot give a higher recommendation to anyone looking for personal training especially if you have an injury or feel totally lost in a gym like I did!

The trainers at Blocks are uniquely qualified to guide you through an individualized fitness plan that meets your goals safely and efficiently. This is not a cookie-cutter gym. After an initial assessment, Kevin or Matt will develop a sequence of activities that are tailored to your needs and have the ability and knowledge to modify a plan in real time if needed. Don’t let any pre-existing injuries or months of inactivity stop you from joining. I have been working with Kevin for several months and he is like a trainer and physical therapist all rolled into one! I have seen vast improvement in my range of motion, strength, flexibility, and conditioning. It’s such a great feeling when you see improvements in the gym translate to your everyday life. You feel better, you look better, and you look forward to your next session to see what you can accomplish next! Consider Blocks as an investment in your health. It’s worth every penny.

I've been going to Blocks since March 2024 and I wish I found it sooner. Not only are Matt, Kevin, and Chris extremely welcoming, but they take the time to correct and advise in a caring yet effective manner. I look forward to the small group sessions as a form of 'me-time' to disconnect for an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a different change of pace when it comes to taking your workout & health goals seriously.

I have been going to Blocks Fitness for almost a year now; I was having issues with occupational muscular aches and discomfort, I was out of shape, needed conditioning and a sense of direction and accountability BADLY. I loved it so much that recently I had brought my husband to join Blocks as well. I work with Matt but both Matt and Kevin are incredibly experienced, compassionate, motivating, patient and SOOO personable. I’ve had personal trainers in the past and gone to tons of different fitness courses but nothing beats a place like Blocks. They know how to push you to be your best without being hasty; they develop a baseline early in the first few sessions and help you move towards your goals. I honestly already feel better at work with less aches and discomforts, I feel stronger and I have more muscle tone and they’ve even worked on my breathing and respiration so that I’m more efficient in training and out in the real world. They care about you wholeheartedly and I am so fortunate to have found such a place. Everyone that attends Blocks are also so supportive, kind and overall, the atmosphere is one that is very inviting and motivating. I can’t say enough positive things about Matt; he is super patient with me and coming into Blocks honestly doesn’t feel like a chore; I enjoy being there even if I’m getting my butt kicked during training. The fitness monitors that we wear provide so much information that helps both the trainers and the clients and they really know their stuff. They’ve made a bigger difference and impact in me and my husband’s life than I could’ve ever imagined. So glad that I found you guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Since becoming a member of Blocks my endurance has gotten much better and I’ve become noticeably stronger. My heart rate recovery has gotten much better, and I’m overall using my body more efficiently and effectively. Very knowledgeable coaches, extremely clean facility. It’s a must try!!!

There is no place like Blocks! The workouts, the trainers, the atmosphere is what makes Blocks so different then any gym I've been to. This place is truly special!
