I have taken Pilates classes for many years with a variety of wonderful instructors however, when I began classes and privates with Jen Colandrea, she raised the bar! Jen is a brilliant Pilates Master. She’s consistently present and caring in every session. She pays exquisite attention to all your moves and anatomy and is very creative in adapting to your own ability, strength and limitations but, at the same time, continually challenging you. Jen works you hard, but always safely and respectfully. She listens and respects all questions. I always feel challenged, safe and wonderful after every session. The energy at Bod Squod, a very intimate and fully equipped studio, is always warm, friendly and positive.

Such a gem! Grateful for Jen, her energy and her knowledge! She always gives me a challenge while being very in tune with the intricacies of movement patterns. Working with Jenn is an absolute gift.
She kicks my butt every time and I would not have it any other way. I feel fantastic!! if I could do it every day I would. This Studio was my first time ever taking reformer Pilates and I will recommend it over and over again and no, it is not just stretching. It is so so much more than that. I am stronger. My core feels amazing and my flexibility is so much more symmetrical. It really helps to have somebody correcting your form.

So grateful to have found this Pilates studio. Jen really helped me before, during and after my pregnancies. Having children has done a number on my lower back and I really needed to work on my core. Pilates really put me back together. I started out doing private sessions then moved on to semi privates. Great energy and great people.

Practicing pilates at Bod Squad has truly been a life-changing experience for me. After retiring, I had a passionate interest and the time to devote to improving my physical, mental well being. I could not do a big box gym, would not. I wanted something personalized, someone who would listen to my needs and be mindful of my age related issues. I was so crazy lucky to find BodSquad and Jennifer. I am part of a two or three person class, two to three times a week, where we each get her attention to our individual needs. Because of her dance background, and her extensive Pilates training, she understands the body, movement and proper alignment and how we can each achieve our individual potential.
Because of Jennifer’s program I have become much stronger, and my long standing neck/back issues have improved significantly.
Her studio is bright, welcoming and with such a friendly vibe. We work hard but there are always laughs. I couldn’t imagine a better studio and I’m never giving it up. Jennifer is the best.

I started going to Bod Squad Pilates a few months ago and I am absolutely loving it! Jen is a great teacher. She has created a beautiful environment where I always feel so welcomed and surrounded with positive energy.
My pilates form is always adjusted in an encouraging and concise way so I am able to get a great (not to mention fun) full body workout. I would totally recommend going to Bod Squad Pilates. All of their teachers are absolutely amazing to work with. And there are two locations!

Thank goodness for Garrison Bod Squad! In search of a workout that would strengthen my core to help correct many years of back issues, I stumbled upon Jen’s studio on Instagram. Not only has my back improved but my entire body feels stretched, strengthened and nourished after each class. I sit at a desk all day and I’m convinced Pilates with Jen is saving my life. Jen is an incredibly talented teacher who watches you closely to ensure you have correct form to avoid injury while at the same time pushing you just an inch further so that you get stronger. Additionally, Garrison Bod Squad has built out a very talented team of teachers giving the studio plenty of time slots throughout the week.
