I came back to BBC after having to leave due to an illness. I returned because of the amazing people and supportive environment. I love that I can do all of the exercises without being totally wiped out,like some other programs that I have tried. In this program you have the ability to add on as you get stronger and you will have a coach and fellow members there to cheer you on. Daily emails with wellness, fitness and eating tips.
Great classes,great community an overall fantastic choice for fitness and wellness.

When I joined BBC several months ago, I was looking for a gym that I could fit into my crazy schedule. I've never been self-motivated in a gym setting, always wondering what I should be doing. BBC takes the questioning away. I just show up, and the workout is already planned. Between working so much and my kids, I needed something that wouldn't take away from my time with them. What I found was a great group of ladies who encourage each other, look out for each other & the consistent full body workouts that are great for any level of fitness. Even on those Monday mornings after a long weekend, I try my hardest to get out in the morning because I know that starting my day at BBC always makes the day better. Overall, I have more energy, and my body feels better. When I go consistently, I don't ache or feel stiff all the time. The friendships I've gained are also a plus!

In the seven months since I started at Bodies by Colotti, I have lost 23 lbs and inches. More importantly I have built up muscles and strength that will be helpful as I age. I have made a new circle of friends..even reunited with an old friend from high school on LI. The support and encouragement from the women in the group is great . The coaches are good.. Coach Juli, Coach Toni and Coach Michelle are knowledgeable and very encouraging.
I was never a “gym rat” but I truly look forward to the classes. And the enhanced classes like NutritionOS are wonderful at targeting specific areas of interest.
Best investment in myself that I have made in the last few years!

BBC is an amazing gym and Juli is a great trainer! I work out at the 5:15 AM class with a dedicated group of strong women. We encourage each other, and the results are obvious!! They were Very kind TO START.
When I signed up they were very nice and I signed up for 3 months. After going for a while I decided it wasn't for me.. but kept paying till the 3 months. Than when I asked to be taken off (just wasn't for me) they were very nasty on the phone and gave me issues. After a lot of back and forth and them charging me again.. they took me off and I didn't pay for may.
Recently they started charging me again for the last few months.. and when I called they didn't answer. I left messages about 8x now with no call backs. Still waiting on call back.

Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. I've been charged about 3x SINCE the agreed amount now and they refuse to talk to me or make it right.

Reply to owner- I absolutely asked about a smaller class that would be good for a beginner because I was intimidated by the gym and you're response was "no need to be intimidated we're a bunch of clowns." So I did ask exactly that and this situation wasn't avoided. The fact that you don't understand why someone who is intimidated and has social anxiety doesn't want a workout where the coach would have to follow them around the whole time showing them how to do each station, in front of a group is mind-blowing to me. It's clear you don't understand what someone with bad social anxiety is going through and exactly why I wanted to write this review because I wish I knew this before signing up. As far as videos all I saw on the website was a 40 second clip which doesn't describe the workouts as well as testimonials videos which I didn't watch because I take testimonials on websites with a grain of salt. On your facebook and instagram I only saw photos so I didn't see this videos you talk of on your website and social media, maybe they were super far back but I scrolled for a bit and never saw any.

This gym seems to be great for a lot of people but as someone who had to spend $99 to find out this gym was not for me I wanted to share a different perspective. To be honest I was unclear from reading the website and reviews what type of class this gym had but I was drawn in by the mentions of the gym being different, being suitable for all levels, the good reviews and the mention of small groups with personal and customized workouts. I haven't taken classes at a gym for a decade. I have asthma, I'm out of shape and have terrible social anxiety so gyms are intimidating but I was hopeful. I was disappointed to find out I had signed up for a circuit style boot camp that was not personal or customized. I thought the classes were 30 minutes based on the time slot I signed up for but I guess the classes are actual an hour (although I guess you could leave early). When I saw the ending of the previous class I knew this is way more intense than what I was expecting. Then when the class started we were shown an example of like 12 exercises and told to have at it. I was completely overwhelmed and discouraged I wasn't familiar with any of the equipment or exercises so I didn't remember the exercises, no less the form. I also knew I was not at a point I could do that for an hour so I left. The coach did come after me telling me she could show me modified versions but I was already so discouraged and embarrassed, I knew that would only make things worse. I then tried to message the person who signed me up to see if I could get any money back since I wasn't going to take any classes, they asked why and completely invalidated everything I said, just making a bad experience even worse.

I would definitely caution anyone who has bad anxiety about going to the gym and is looking for an easier, fun workout to help you get over your fear or find a class that actually makes you want to the gym to ask way more questions before making the decision to spend money on the 28 day trial. Not only did I lose money but I feel even more anxious and intimidated about ever going back to a gym class and I really wish I never signed up or went to a class.

I have been to several other gyms but always lacked the motivation to stick with it. I guess after 11 months of membership I can say that I have stuck with it! What makes Bodies by Colotti different from other gyms is the sense of community, camaraderie and non judgmental attitude. The feeling as I go to the gym as that I am there at least trying and am reminded that at least being "1% better" than the day before is still an improvement! All the coaches are friendly, helpful and patient with me . At Bodies by Colotti it's true that "every body knows your name" and so it makes it feel like a second type of home in a weird way that I hate to admit! Lol

I began attending workout classes at Bodies by Colotti last November. At BBC, you are always welcome, whether you attend at the same morning class each day or whether you attend in a time slot during a totally different time of day. You are always met with a smile and a challenging workout.

It had been so long since I stepped into a gym, but everyone at bodies is encouraging and welcoming. I schedule my day now so that I can get my workouts in. It has been great for my mental and physical health. I started coming here through a free month certificate that I had received and I will continue to come here for as long as I am able. The classes are fun, the environment is great, and everyone I have interacted with here has been very supportive. First time back in a gym in over a decade. I’m much older and more out of shape than I would like. With 3 kids it’s hard to find the time and desire to work out. Bodies by Colotti is a nice small gym with similar women to me in a very congenial environment. The hour work-out goes by quickly with 4 stations that you rotate to in a designated time frame. It’s never boring and so far I always leave feeling good but sore the next day so I know it’s working. I signed up for 6 months and I look forward to really seeing the benefits by next summer!! I started going to Bodies by Colotti about 4-5 months ago. The change I have noticed not only in my physical health but also my emotional well being is amazing. Juli and her team of coaches do not view you as a client but as a family member. They truly want what is best for you as soon as you walk through the door and push you to step outside of your comfort zone and push your limits. Not only does Juli and her team focus on the physical but they also focus on other aspects such as your nutritional health and mental well being. The support system at Bodies by Colotti is far from your average gym and the personalized approach offered to each person is more than you’d receive at most places. The class sizes are limited to ensure you’re getting the maximum benefits out of your workout and there’s a time offered for everyone and their schedule. Bodies by Colotti is also big on respect and making fitness fun. You’re not going to find the usual people you see at the gym. Everyone is there to work hard, support each other and be as strong as possible. I’m so glad I took the leap and joined Bodies by Colotti! I can’t recommend it enough!

Bodies by Colotti was exactly what I was looking for and needed last January, 2020. I knew I needed to get back to the gym, however, I was reluctant to join a “big gym machine mentality”. I found a community at BBC—encouraging, supportive and fun. I have so much more energy, strength and courage to try something new while dropping inches and weight.

I had never done circuit training, I was curious, and now I’m convinced—it truly works. Coach Juli is able to find muscles that I never knew I had. I so appreciate the support and coaching from Juli-the circuits are different each day which allows for all our muscle groups to be engaged and strengthened throughout the week. In addition, Juli is able to modify the exercises for the vast abilities and ages in our group setting while still challenging everyone.

Covid protocols are fully in place at BBC. I am amazed at how incredibly thorough and professional Coach Juli is handling the pandemic, closing, going remote and now reopening. It is so apparent that Juli is committed to this community! Joining Bodies by Colotti was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I joined in October of 2020, I had gained a lot of weight over the years and in October I was mentally and psychically at my wits end. I couldn’t make it up two flights of stairs without getting winded and then I would be depressed I let myself get to that point. Walking in the first day I was anxious and scared. There was no reason to be at all. Coach Juli is great along with the other women that go there. They are all motivating and are truly an inspiration. I joined BBC just before Thanksgiving for a 6-week challenge. My goal was to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks.
I followed the meal plan (whole foods) and read the daily articles. The class schedule made it easy for me to fit 3-5 workouts into my weekly schedule, and the online/live classes made necessary quarantine a little easier to bare.
I lost 11 pounds, inches from my waist and hips. What I did not expect was the strength that I have gained. Workouts are getting “easier” and I’m not craving sugary/salty foods.
I enjoyed it so much that I made sure to sign up for a full membership for the new year!

Going to Bodies by Colotti has done nothing less than change my life. I can do things I never thought I could do, I'm happier than I've ever been, and for the first time in years I feel like myself. Juli pushes you, but she never pushes you beyond what your body can tolerate.
I'm already down 20 pounds, and I plan on sticking around for at least 20 more!

I am in my 4th week of a 28 day challenge, and couldn't be happier with my decision to go for it with Bodies by Colotti! After week 1 I knew this was exactly what I needed, and signed up for another 3 months right away. The atmosphere is incredible. I am never ashamed of my body, or if I can't do something exactly as others are doing it. I'm never afraid to ask for help or modifications, and Juli is always willing to help, but is also a great motivational force that keeps me going! I've tried every diet/at home workout routine/gym etc. and happy to say I finally found what works for me which is group personal training and I wouldn't do it anywhere other than Bodies! They also have excellent values, EVERYONE is welcome and made to feel at home. The other ladies are amazing and inspirational. Everyone cheers everyone on and you really feel good after class. The best part for me is that my daughter is in the next room with Legends in Training, having a blast and building skills and confidence. I can't say enough about Bodies by Colotti. FIVE STARS!!

I would like to thank the BBC family for all their guidance and help.
I am so happy to have participated in the 28 day spring challenge. I love the nutritionally balanced meal plans. There is a shopping list, menu and easy to prepare recipes.
I have learned how important prep time is and how much water to drink (still learning to do that!) I am stronger and so grateful to all who inspire me to live a healthier life.
Not sure of the final results yet but I’m looking forward to continuing on this journey to a stronger healthier me!

I was doing at home workouts and not pushing myself, I knew it was time for a change. A few friends suggested I reach out to Juli. I did and I went to try a class in May to make sure I liked it. I signed up immediately after class for a challenge that was coming up. I have done 3 challenges so far and I have lost 25 lbs and feel great. I have gone to gyms and done group fitness classes but haven’t found anything like this. When I tell people about Bodies by Colotti I let them know that it is an amazing group of women that you get to workout with. We laugh, cry, and complain together and always have fun!

What a great decision it's been to join Juli and her trainers at Bodies by Colotti ! I've put off any type of exercise and fitness program for so many years, and then when I started experiencing multiple injuries, I kept thinking I would have to heal before using that area of my body again. I was wrong. Juli has been able to isolate muscle groups and modify exercises to actually help me heal while strengthening at the same time. I'm not sure I understood this was possible before working with her. Working with Juli has been a learning process to understanding my own body better, the limitations as well as my natural strengths. The winning combination for me has been personal one on one training sessions with Juli as well as circuit classes, which has really helped me to rebuild and maintain muscle tone I thought I had lost for good. Thank you for your encouragement, positive approach and gentle reminders...they all make it possible to stay committed to a healthy regimen that works for me! :)
