Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a yoga studio in Jamaica offering holistic wellness classes consisting of yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breathwork based on 5000-year old Korean traditions. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners and more advanced classes to energize and heal the mind, body, and spirit.
Our friendly and inviting Queens yoga classes include Body & Brain Yoga (all levels), Core Strengthening, Energy Movement, Meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong, and more.

I started my practice with Master D’vusha about 5 years ago. It’s been such a joyful ride, where do I start? Master D’vusha’s classes are usually in a small group yet quite personal. Every class she gives a whole hour of energy meditation with all types of body work out. They are conducted in beautiful music and rhyme. I love going to her classes to treat myself and revive my energy. Also, through her, I attended many BnB’s meditation trips. To name a few, Sedona WOW, Korea meditation, El Salvadore Ibrea foundation, Tenerife Healing Garden, Spain. I had opportunities to travel with likeminded people, get to know loving staffs and trained by BnB masters. I have met so many amazing people with great energies, they send constant signals to myself to build strong mind and body, at the same time pass on healing and loving energies toward my family and friends. I truly believe the earth will be a better place if there is more people joining the BnB practices! GO BnB MASTERS!!

D'vusha is the nicest, purest, most genuine human I have met in a LONG time. The world needs more of her. You are going to get pure bliss from her classes but also going to get someone who truly cares about each individual. I like class and my my teacher is lovely. She is so friendly I am enjoying my class. I am sitting on floor now without support and after 3 weeks I am also sitting on the floor with my back straight. Thank God .

Great place to do Yoga. My family notice that after my class I’m very happy and have a lot of energy. Master D’vusha always encourages me to do my best. I find doing my best there is easier to maintain my strength and my concentration during the day especially at work.

I started going more for my mental health and wellness. I had knee pains ama back pain. My mental health has gotten so much better. I feel better. My back feels good and relaxed. My knees have made a complete 180 change. I feel mentally and physically better overall. I enjoy going to class because I feel great afterwards.

I went through 2 pregnancies while practicing yoga with Dvusha. I found that I have increased energy and I always leave happy after a class. After a long day of work, going to class makes me relaxed and temporarily forget what I have in my busy mind. She’s the best yoga teacher that you can find, is very kind and knowledgeable in many different ways. She personalizes the class, so no two classes are identical. I highly recommend attending classes with her.

This is an amazing place. I learned to be in touch with my body and my brain. I had many issues when I came in about 4 years ago. I am now able to bypass them. I can stretch, stand and take walks for long periods at a time. My pain has considerably decreased . Our master is very patient and very helpful. I start each day at the Body and Brain KGH Center. I highly recommend it.
