During this process, you'll articulate your fitness goals and preferences. Our approach often incorporates flexibility training for beginners, emphasizing the importance of proper form to prevent injuries.
Morgana, our experienced trainer, tailors exercises to align with your personal goals, preferences, and optimal development. She provides gentle guidance throughout your fitness journey, ensuring a swift and effective progress. Additionally, Morgana is available for dietary suggestions if desired. Our training sessions are not just about fitness

The best of the best! I came in on a Saturday for the 1st time. I'm 11 weeks postpartum, working on getting my body back to normal, & I pretty much classify myself a beginner again since I haven't been to a yoga session in years. Morgana was VERY nice, Mark was an amazing instructor! I was nervous I'd look like an idiot, being slow & not remembering a lot of poses, but Mark made me feel calm & welcome!

I have personally been going to Morgana’s classes for about 15 years. I started going to her classes when I was 18 years old. She has helped me to loose 40 pounds during and after COVID. I was once was 175 pounds and now I am 135 pounds. I have kept the weight off because of her excellent classes and deep knowledge of nutrition.
Her gym is a healthy, peaceful, supportive, loving and dedicated environment. She welcomes everyone with a warm smile and enthusiasm to make healthy choices. She never gives up on you. As you workout in her classes, she will become your best cheerleader by saying “There you go!” and “You look terrific!”. She believes in you to the very end.
She has become a mother like figure to me and reminds me to never give up without a fight.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for smaller classes and an instructor who listens to your goals.
We welcome everyone, whom want to apart of a loving and healthy gym community.

Morgana’s education, passion and enthusiasm for her profession is evident in both class and individual training situations. Morgana Cuomo is an accomplished trainer who gives personal attention to everyone with whom she works. With her background as a dancer and studies toward being a physical therapist, she has vast knowledge of the body and tailors her exercises to everyone's unique needs and/or physical limitations. She shares her genuine joy in seeing the people around whom she has built her life. I am not someone who had been consistent in working out, but she makes it a pleasure to do so... and I've been doing so since I met her in April 2021. A true rarity in today's world.

I have been doing personal training with Morgana for several years. Started prior to knee replacement surgery for preconditioning and have continued since then(approx. 4 years). Her training is superb and designed specifically for me.

Morgana is the best trainer I have ever had, both in individual and group training. Morgana is very good at suggesting modifications for people in the group who have injuries or other problems, and she does so in a fluid non-interruptive way so that the rest of the class is not compromised. The small gym is very friendly, everyone chats and has fun. There is NO competition or showing off. People applaud others sucesses. Even though I have been certified in the past, my body is now better than ever, and it has been a joy to get here.
