I am adding to my review below. I started the GLP-1 6 weeks ago. I have lost 12 pounds! I was at a standstill with my weight even so much as gaining even with eating properly and exercising. I am so glad I am doing this. I feel so much better in my clothes but more importantly I have more energy, not crashing in afternoons-taking power naps. Not doing this alone as the coaching with Kristy and Jason are incredible! I am forever grateful as I see a different light in my life now. Thank you guys! πͺπ
May, 2022 I contacted Kristy and Iβm so glad I did! I was 64 at the time. No matter what I did to lose just 10 pounds did not work. I was frustrated. I did the gut protocol and am doing weight resistant training. I am thrilled at my results so far and have no plans of stopping. Jason and Kristy are excellent trainers and their knowledge in nutrition is exceptional. Iβve learned a lot and will be forever grateful to them!

I've had an amazing experience working with Kristy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the fun atmosphere, which made it easy to get started on my fitness journey. What I love most is the personalized attention. The training sessions are one-on-one, and Kristy really took the time to understand my fitness goals, tailoring each workout to help me reach them. She does an excellent job of encouraging me to push myself, while always maintaining a focus on safety and proper form (especially after recovering from some back issues). I never feel rushed or pushed past my limits, but I also leave every session feeling like I've made real progress. Both Kristy & Jason are very supportive and genuinely care about your progress. I'm so happy that I found this gym and thank you to both Kristy & Jason for creating such a comfortable and encouraging place to work out!

Jason and his team are great. They helped me transform my whole body muscles from weak to strong but particularly my both knees. I never worked on my lower body because of the weak\painful ligaments in my knees but within a month after 5-6 personal sessions with their specially designed exercises for my lower body, I now feel a lot more stronger and I feel the difference in my daily life.
Highly recommended for everyone who wants to improve their health.

Jason has the magic. He pushes me to work harder than I think I can, every single week β for more than 15 years (!) β and can crack me up even during those evil Bulgarian split squats. Whether Iβm feeling good when I walk into the workout or havenβt slept and have a headache, I leave with a major boost both physically and mentally. His encyclopedic knowledge of how the human body works is a huge asset: he can adjust exercises to accommodate my long-term shoulder and neck issues, and explain the physiology behind it so I really understand how I should be moving. Just recently he resolved a fun new problem, lower back spasms. Turns out it wasnβt the back, and it wasnβt just a middle-age-live-with-it thing; it was tight hamstrings! Who knew? Jason did. And he knew the ideal stretches to fix it. He keeps me motivated to eat healthily, to prioritize good sleep habits, and to get out and enjoy life. I feel better now than I did a decade and a half ago. And I know why. Thank you, Jason!

DONT WALK I NEED YOU TO RUN FAST TO BODY IMAGE FITNESS! If you have fitness goals or just lost in how to start working out I am telling you this is the place to be. Jason and Kristy are incredibly well versed in fitness, nutrition and wellness. I was never the one to be comfortable to reach for heavier weights or challenge myself because I had no clue of what I was doing at home and terrified of hurting myself. Anyways, I started with my first package of sessions sometime in last August and I have seen results. The one on one sessions really facilitate better performance and form. You are constantly getting educated on corrections and how to enhance certain movements. Jason and Kristy provide that motivation and encouragement to finish the hour strong. I really appreciate that the programs get tweaked if you are struggling a bit with the exercises. The clientele that come through those doors is so diverse and welcoming. You not only get supportive coaches but awesome workout enthusiasts that range from all over the fitness spectrum π

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to the fitness care Iβve received the last two years with Jay. I was at a loss after I had my third baby. I was out of shape and had low self esteem. I have chronic pain and he adjusts my workout accordingly. I now enjoy breaking a sweat and being sore after a session. Not only did Jay give me results, he made me see what Iβm capable of! i have never been this fit my entire life and I plan on keeping it up as long as he can stand me. I've been going to Kristy and Jason for almost a year now and I can honestly say that they have changed my life. Besides being true professionals, they are two of the most personable and caring people you could ever hope to meet. They take the time to understand your individual needs and goals and don't force a cookie cutter standard program on you. Body Image Fitness is a local fitness studio (operated by Jason and Kristy) that is much more than a simple studio. Besides being a well-fitted place with workout equipment, it is a place where I can push my mental and physical limitations to higher peaks. Jason has led, coached, and inspired me over the last few months. In doing so, I am achieving real tangible results. Body Image Fitness is amazing. Coach Kristy worked with me throughout 2022 to get on the right track to lose weight (after struggling for years to do it on my own) and my results have been incredible - I finally feel like myself again. I participated in the Hormonal Fat Loss Program, and this is something I now talk about and recommend to anyone who will listen. Kristy and Jason are knowledgeable, compassionate and passionate about what they do. I highly recommend Body Image Fitness! Jason and Kristy do a fantastic job making sure that everyone's fitness goals are met; I really appreciate how they adapt workout plans for every level and ability. Both of them are extremely knowledgable and I've learned so much from both of them. I can honestly say that I have a better understanding now of mobility and strength training than ever before. I like that they both focus on form and I particularly like that they also explain why you are doing a movement (even if that movement is a pull-up). I also appreciate that both Kristy and Jason know when to push me so that I'm constantly improving. Each workout is fun and clearly tailored for me. Jason and Kristy are also very accommodating for busy schedules!

I have been working out with Kristy for 4 months now. I have seen a big difference and I am feeling really good. Kristy is constantly challenging me and customizing my workouts. Jason is my personal trainer for about 15 yrs, he's thorough and takes his role very seriously with passion and professionalism. He cares about his Clients's well being and fitness. The people at Body Image Fitness are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable personal trainers on the planet. Not only are they encouraging and supportive, but know just when to push you so that you improve time and time again without fail. Their hours are flexible, the trainers are very personable, and each time you go, there is no doubt that you will improve. Jason, one of the trainers, is a master trainer with the national academy of sports medicine. He has 12 years of trainer experience, and knows how to address the critical components of fitness that a traditional gym lacks. He is also experienced with a magnitude of injuries and discomforts, along with being one of the most motivational and hardest working people I know. The classes are very individualized, with sessions usually consisting of about 1-2 people, and last an hour. Every session is different, focusing on different areas of your body, including Core, Upper Body Strength, and Lower Body.

Great place to get into some serious shape!!! Jason has a great deal of knowledge of the body and muscle structures. He keeps you on your toes and provides a mind and body blowing workout. The workouts are tough and kicks your ass but in a good way. Nutrition goals are also big on his list. Making sure you lose the weight and gain the muscle mass you desire is very important with him. He works very hard with you to accomplish your goals and wont give up if you wont. Highly recommended personal trainer.
