I had an IT and shoulder injury in 2022. I spent almost 2 years in what I call "cookie cutter physical therapy." I started physical therapy/personal training with Cyndi in July of 2024. I am an active person and for two years I didn't do much of anything and it was affecting my mental health. I am very serious when I say that. Constant pain and not being able to walk, hike, ride my bike, lift weights without pain was making me depressed, and my nutrition fell apart. My first session she gave me weights and I was so thrilled. Within a month I was walking outside on flat surfaces. Fast forward to the present, I hiked up 1200 feet last week!!! It felt so GOOD. Cyndi has so much knowledge about nutrition, how your body moves, it amazes me everyday! She does want YOUR BEST effort because she gives you HERS. She really wants to see you get better, feel better and live a fun life. I am now working on my nutrition. I started a food journal Feb. 21, 2025 and have already lost 4 pounds. She is by far the best trainer you can find. By the way, I work in a gym part time so I have seen a lot of trainers. She also gives you mobility exercises to do at home. I had never heard the term before, but I do them every morning. To me it feels like a great way to "wake" your body up in the morning. Thank you Cyndi!

Don't come to Sgt. Cyndi if you're not 100% serious of losing that stubborn weight, getting into the best shape of your life, and improving your physique for aesthetics or sports. Whether you're a tried and true veteran of sports or you're a complete newbie to working out, Cyndi is sure to push you to your limits and then (often times in the very same session) push you past those limits. In addition to being a commensurate personal trainer, Cyndi is personable, humorous, and open to answering all your fitness questions.
Within 4-5 sessions (less than 1 month) of working with Cyndi, I went from a high of 227.0 lbs. to a personal best of 202.2 lbs. I'm excited to continue my weight loss journey with her and only wish I could afford to have more personal sessions within the week with her.

I started training with Cyndi 12yrs ago before I got married and had kids. She creates fun and effective workouts and adapts to each person’s needs and capabilities and truly cares what your results are. Now that my kids are all in school, I realized I need to focus on me. I just started up again 6months ago and I am so glad I did. What a great way to start your day. I not only feel better but already look better, because if you want results you see her. So glad Cyndi is back in my life, now I’m hooked again!

I have gotten much stronger, my blood pressure has come down and my body is reshaping. Cyndi is a pleasure to work with. She keeps me working hard while using her sense of humor to make it fun. I look forward to the sessions. I didn’t think that at my age (78) I would ever see such progress. My husband has noticed the changes that my exercises have made. I feel more confident too in the sense of being stronger. Yesterday I even RAN after a runaway shopping cart. So proud of myself and all thanks to Cindy.

My wife and I started attending Body Physics this year and the Bootcamp. Sarge (aka Cyndi) is a fantastic trainer and physical therapist. I’ve tried many programs for a while and worked with different trainers, there is no one like Sgt. Cyndi!
After getting injured multiple times I decided to follow my Dr’s recommendation and go for the best. Working with Cyndi now for a few months has made me realize, how much more there is to know about working out then just follow routines.
Her experience, vast knowledge and her patience to learn/understand once ability is impeccable. She created a solution/routine that works specifically for me, one that meets my goals and beyond, keeps me healthy for short/long term and pushes me to do steps I never thought I could THE RIGHT WAY!

This pandemic has caused many people to feel that all hope is lost for their fitness goals due to the fact that all gyms are closed. I am happy to say that this has not been for the case for me! Over the last 10 months I have been training with Cyndi (better known as Sgt. Cyndi) at her gym to get into better shape for my wedding. Over this time I have seen my body go through a total transformation— from my eating habitats to my strength and of course my overall looks. It is great to get a compliment from someone about how fit you look, but there is nothing like truly feeling strong! A good workout is more than simply going through the motions, it is always looking to improve your best self. With Sgt. Cyndi it’s not about how many reps you can do, but how many you can do with perfect form. During this turbulent time, even with all gyms being closed, Sgt. Cyndi has continued to train me and push me toward my fitness goals by utilizing modern technology. Although I do not have a home gym that compares to hers in any type of way, she has found creative ways to use my limited equipment for full body workouts. The only thing I have to do is answer her call! If you don’t have a full home gym, or even if you do, check out Sgt. Cyndi and train with her. I can personally guarantee you that no home workout program can compare to the grueling interactive workouts I have had while quarantined. The level of accountability and professionalism with Sgt. Cyndi always has her client’s best interest at heart. She knows when to push you and when to listen. I have been working with her over a year and she has helped me with many goals from nutrition, to losing weight, to bodybuilding. She is very flexible. If you cannot make it to the gym, a digital platform is good enough. She will give you recommendations of any equipment needed. If you cannot get any equipment, she will have suggestions to use what you already have in your house.

I’ve been attending Cyndi’s classes for about 8 weeks and I am already feeling some great results. This is the first time I am trying HIIT workouts so I was a bit reluctant to sign on, but I’m so so happy I did! She is always challenging you and pushes you to perform at your best. Cyndi is THE BEST!! I've been working out in her Power 30 and Wiped Out classes for 2 months and am already loosing inches and feeling great! After researching personal trainers, I came across the website Body Physics’s by Sgt. Cyndi”s and I’m glad I did. Cyndi is a dedicated fitness professional who has helped me work toward my fitness goals by creating a personalized workout training program. Cyndi always pushes me to my limits, which is exactly what a trainer should do. She works with me on my problem areas and actually listens. She does her best to fit me in with my crazy schedule. I was not in the greatest shape to start with, but now that I am working with Cyndi I feel I can accomplish much more. I look forward to and enjoy our sessions our sessions together. Cyndi is AMAZING!!! I was seriously struggling to lose this baby weight. I had done it before but this being my 3rd pregnancy and me in my 30's I don't know what was wrong. She brought me beyond my goals i had set for myself!!! I wanted to lose 10lbs during her wiped out program, I'm currently at 14lbs with a few more workouts to go. I wanted 1 notch in my belt, I got 2!!! All of this in a matter of 4 weeks! I started working with Sgt Cyndi about 7 months ago. I have never committed to an exercise plan. For the past ten years I had always been afraid to exercise because I have herniated discs in my cervical spine. A friend told me about Cyndi. When I signed up for my first boot camp I had no idea what to expect. Cyndi immediately made me feel comfortable and even in a group setting made sure I learned proper form so I would not hurt myself. I now feel better and stronger than I have in years and look forward to exercising. I would recommend Sgt Cyndi to beginners like me or if your experienced she will challenge you too. Sgt Cyndi has been my trainer for nearly a decade. Her workout routines are grueling, effective and creative. She puts so much effort into making her boot-camp and wiped out routines interesting and anything but routine. I always get results while training with her. One boot-camp I lost a combined 20 inches of fat (and I only weighed 170 lbs coming into it). She has strengthened my body and core, and any ailments I had quickly evaporated as the surrounding muscles were strengthened, alleviating the stress on the problem area (Sgt Cyndi rule #4). I feel more active, my golf handicap is in the single digits, i can run miles, sprint and lift to my hearts content..Thank you Sgt Cyndi-lifelong trainer, motivator and friend.

I have worked with Cyndi for 7years. She knows me better than I know myself! I am very strong for a 65 year old woman. I am able to travel to Europe and climb castles and cobblestone streets👍I work with Cyndi 2x a week. I have never stuck with any other exercise program. I can do 50 sit ups , where in the beginning I couldn't do one! Cyndi is great at what she does.She knows your body and she knows how far to push you. I can't say enough about her. I am glad she is part of my life😄

After 2 years of suffering with back pain and run around from doctors cyndi helped me get my quality of life back. She not only helped me p hysically but mentally which I find the mental helps the physical. I thought I would never exercise again like I wanted too. If you ever think you can't ,YOU CAN the sgt cyndi way she understands your limitations and your strengths. I recommend that if you have given up DONT cyndi will work with anything you throw at her. I've been going to Body Physics for over a year now and the results are in the numbers. My doctor sent me a letter outlining my health results from my mid February 2017 blood test which stated in part: "Your electrolytes were within normal limits. Your kidney function tests were normal. Your total cholesterol is normal. Your cholesterol was 190 mg/dl, normal is less than 200. Your LDL cholesterol was 126, normal is less than 130... Your triglyceride result was 66, normal is less than 150. Your HDL was 51, normal is greater than 45." PSA and testosterone levels were also within the normal range. As a 66 year old man I'm convinced going to Sgt. Cyndi was a wise choice. I now dye my hair - my color choice is GRAY. Now Im starting to look my age! lol Thanks Sgt. Cyndi and Body Physics.
