I am an older man who retained this small organization to help with some geriatric physical fitness issues including the strength to get up after a fall. The owner operates the business so he plans my sessions to accomplish results that enhance my stability through strengthening various muscle groups related to physical stability. Before adding an exercise he explains which muscle groups the exercise affects. During a session he asks how the exercise is affecting me, and at our next session he asks about the day after effects showing concern that the exercise is producing the desired effect but is not overdone. In other words, he shows considerable care for his customers. He is a licensed personal trainer.

Anibal is a great Fitness Coach. He takes his time with each person, and really cares to make sure you get the best workout plan for you. I recommend his weight loss program, and strength and conditioning training. He is also a corrective exercise specialist, and assures injury prevention in his training. I think he is a great coach for men, women, young adults and children!

Anibal...who I call Mr. Sunshine is a terrific trainer. I'm 66, not overweight but many years of sitting at a desk has negatively impacted my back,neck and posture. My strength, balance, energy and endurance were only diminishing. For decades I thought about the gym but found all of the equipment intimidating 😳. And I did not have the time!!
Well on 5/4/22 I "got out of the parking lot " and started working with Anibal! And my body and spirits have dramatically improved. Anibal is always positive, sunny and just a terrific trainer! I encourage you to "get out of the parking lot" and start working with Anibal...it will be life changing!!

I've been training with Anibal for almost 7 years now, and each year has been better than the last.
