About the Club

BodyTonic sets a standard in the Pilates Method that is not found in every Pilates studio. We are motivated by how Pilates suits your body and your individual learning style. Ultimately, we want you to have the flexibility to train in the most cost effective and convenient way. We offer private, duet, and trio sessions on Gratz Pilates equipment, as well as group and virtual classes.

I have been practicing Pilates for almost a decade, both online and in person. I have to share that my class yesterday with Angelina was fabulous. Her adjustments were spot-on, and today I am feeling the aftermath throughout my transverse abdominals in the most wonderful way; that reminder that I worked my muscles well, and hit areas that are often missed with solo practice. I have had a great time coming to BT for Pilates. I've been coming for 6 years now. All of the instructors are well informed and make the exercises accessible to all levels. I always walk away feeling like I had a great workout and have been pain free for years now thanks to this studio. I mostly work with Jonathan and he is excellent but having taken many different classes you are in good hands with any of these skilled instructors.

A physical therapist recommended I switch from HIIT workouts to pilates. Over a year ago I started with BodyTonic. They ask each time how your body is feeling so they can watch or adjust movements for you that day. I love the variety of workouts. Every instructor there is excellent. They know many micro-adjustments that help ensure you are doing things to optimize what you get from the movement and to avoid injury. Jennifer keeps the studio well stocked with new equipment that can support you in any movement. No matter how I enter the studio, I always feel great when I leave

I love my private lessons with Jennifer. Her attention to detail and knowledge have made a huge difference as I work through an old shoulder injury, plantar fasciitis, some strange heel issue, and recovered from a small humerus fracture. I have been impressed by all the instructors from the most senior to the most junior whether I have worked with them for individual sessions, tower and trio classes.

I love Body Tonic! I’m an injury prone runner and since Covid, I had a hard time getting back into running regularly until I started working with Jonathan. I had never tried Pilates on equipment before. Jonathan listened to my issues and removed all of the intimidation I had with the equipment. He has worked with me to address specific weaknesses, and now I’m back into running and I just feel so much better overall. I’ve taken both private lessons and group classes with him and have enjoyed both. I absolutely recommend Pilates here!
