An insane space for tough functional workouts and HYROX training. You’ll find not only killer workouts but also an amazing community of strong, motivating, and like-minded people. If you love workout, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

Just started coming here and it’s been great so far. The space is brand new and has everything you’d need.
Classes are awesome and challenging, plus the instructors really pay attention and correct form. The programming is very creative with moves you won’t see at most fitness studios, which keeps it fun and interesting. If you aren’t sure how to do something, they are more than happy to help and show you.
Friendly, team-based atmosphere and not intimidating at all!

New mum alert! Just getting back to my fitness game and was so grateful that Bolt fitness just opened up nearby. Love the team there, both Josh and Arlet are amazing and really made me feel welcome and supported (making adjustments where needed!). The music is incredible and the crew that goes there is so fun and welcoming!

I've been going to Bolt Fitness for over a year started at the Bayside location and now that they opened a Greenpoint location it’s closer to me so it’s my new home. What can I say… it's truly one of the best gyms I've ever been a part of. It has been so easy to stay consistent because I look forward to going.
What really sets this gym apart is the community and coaches, They are knowledgeable, approachable, and will always welcome you with a smile. The workouts are amazing and will definitely make your you sweat and make you stronger.
I always feel welcomed and supported here, and it’s become a place I actually look forward to going to. If you're looking for a solid workout environment with great energy and people who care. Check them out Greenpoint or Bayside.
