Two normal pull up bars. One 7 feet tall and thinner diameter and wide. One 5ft 5in tall and thicker diameter and less wide. Two parallel bars of moderate thickness. Thatβs the only ones I use. There are other pull up bars and equipment too. I wish they had lower pull up bars with more clearance and no other equipment around them. All in all a relatively good outdoor calisthenics set up compared to whatβs around here.

Wow! I'm going to review the whole entire Pier 2. Because this is a really cool pier as a whole. It's entirely geared towards sports and other physical activities.
There's a good sized green field, 10 basketball courts, the calisthenic spot pictured above, a roller skate rink, a pickleball/tennis field, a swing set for kids and a maybe some other stuff I am forgetting.
So if you want to partake in multiple activities they are all within reach of each other. To top it all off, you just can't beat the Manhattan skyline in the background of it all! And the best part? ITS FREE!! It's truly amazing that something like this exist for the public.

Open in summer 2023. There are also swings at the very end of the pier, covered under the roof structure. No baby swings, only adult swings and adapted ones.
