Been training with Bryan for several years and he helped me elevate the workouts i had already been accustomed to over the last 5 years to the next level.
He's got all of the equipment you could need and more, and the atmosphere he provides is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I have worked with several trainers throughout my fitness journey and Bryan has hands down been the best. He’s the jack of all trades providing in person training, workout plans and nutrition plans. Bryan is very knowledgeable about how the body works and puts a lot of thought into tailoring a specific program based on your goals. I have been working with Bryan for a year now and he’s helped me put on and maintain more muscle all while giving me that extra push to do different movements that I haven’t done in years. He’s very good at motivating you to get out of your comfort zone in a safe and effective way. I have watched Bryan explain new movements to clients along with giving you the background on what muscle each movement will help. I have already recommended Bryan to a few of my friends and would continue to recommend him to others. If you’re ready for that extra push to reach your goals, give him a shout! Bryan is training my teen son, Zack, for his first powerlifting competition. Bryan is encouraging, knowledgeable, and motivating. I highly recommend his services. Finally someone who can help! Over the last couple years I went on a weight loss journey and after losing a significant amount, noticed I lost muscle tone and needed help! Plus, at my age, health and fitness is more important than ever. I’m so glad I saw Bryan’s sign and decided to give it a shot.
Bryan takes his time to get to know YOU and comes up with an individualized plan specially for YOUR needs. Chain gyms seem to have cookie cutter routines for everyone to follow, and I wanted someone who actually cared about his clients. Bryan asks what your goals are, asks about your diet, and comes up with plans for you to do on your off days based on what your needs are. He motivates you and pushes you because he truly believes in you and because of his love of what he does. I love the fact that it’s an individual session so all focus is directed at you. So if you feel self conscious in a traditional gym setting, this will be perfect for you.
Believe me, I was never an “exercise person,” so having someone on your side makes it fun and makes you WANT to go back. If you are thinking about investing in yourself, you won’t regret your decision to go to Bryan! The investment will be worth it!

I highly recommend Bryan / BT Strength & Fitness if you are looking to get in shape, get stronger or build upon your body building journey. Bryan has been working with me since July, and I am very pleased with our ongoing progress. Following a triple hernia operation, and being over 66 years old, I wanted to ensure I would not mess things up. Under his guidance I have made steady gains in strength while learning proper technique which has resulted in improved posture and physical form. He is reliable, pays attention to the process and is personable - a true pleasure to be around. While his gym is not big, you will like it as it's designed to be functional, easy to move around in and will allow you to be focused on getting the job done. Don't waste any more time at the big box gyms - call him for a truly exceptional experience.

My 16 year old daughter, who is a competitive swimmer, has been strength training with Bryan for a month now. We are very happy with her results so far. Bryan is a young guy but is experienced and educated, having a long background in strength training, including his time spent in the military. His initial consultation consists of talking about your goals and how he can help you achieve them. He wants to make sure his client feels he'll be a good fit. He's always ready and willing to answer any questions I have concerning my daughter's workout. She really enjoys working out with Bryan. One of his mottos is that he "wants to help make Buffalo healthy again." That really means a lot. I would recommend Bryan to everyone, no matter the age! Highly recommended A+

Great gym with great people! This gym has a fantastic set up and with 5 time national JJ champion as its owner. Best place to pump some iron and train with classic/reliable equipment in the area 💪

I’ve had the best time working out for this guy he is amazing and very professional very hard-working and when I say he had me in shape within a month no joke I felt the best I’ve ever felt in a long time! I have dealt with a previous trainer I was seeing prior to Bryan and I seen no results and I was with this person for a year and I can’t say how happy I am to be with Bryan and his place is just amazing it’s beautiful it’s very quiet it’s just one on one and he teaches you so much about nutrition.. I would definitely highly recommend to all my friends and I have my mother who is going to sign up in September with him
