About the Club

BTU is a private gym where you train one-on-one with Ben in a clean, distraction-free studio—no crowds, no waiting for equipment, just coaching focused on your goals. Every session is personalized to help you lose weight, build strength, and improve overall health.

Private Studio Training Includes:
• Power cage, barbells & 500 lbs of plates
• Dumbbells (5–90 lbs), pulley system & lat pulldown
• Kettlebells, resistance bands, and benches

Online Coaching:
Custom training and nutrition plans, meal plans, 24/7 text support, and accountability so you can stay on track anywhere.

From struggling with an eating disorder I decided to reach out to Ben for help with nutritional advice. He created a meal plan for me to help increase my weight steadily with the focus on putting on lean muscle. After about a couple of months I saw great results with his plan.
