Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve been a Burn member for 7 years! My family has moved around quite a bit and no matter where we go, I can always find comfort in Burn Bootcamp! It truly feels like home. Not only is it a great workout physically, it’s the best escape from everyday mental stressors. No matter where you are in life, Burn is the answer. Pittsford has such motivating, knowledgeable and FUN trainers. Some of the members I’ve met a long the way have become some of my closest friends.

An incredible program that pushes you hard, but is also incredibly supportive. All the staff actually want their members to reach their fitness goals, and it's beyond evident. I'd like to give Elizabeth Mair a personal shoutout. I am very new and she has been incredibly helpful, uplifting, encouraging, and helps me with my form without embarrassing me in front of the class. She physically gets on my level to block me off from the rest of the class to give gentle constructive criticism. She was made to be a trainer!

When my gym spontaneously closed, I genuinely believed I would never find a workout or gym climate I enjoyed that much ever again. After a month of sitting on the couch, I dragged my feet (kicking and screaming and whining) to Burn Pittsford and I've been hooked ever since. If my old gym reopened tomorrow, I would stay at Burn (sorry, old gym).
The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, pushing me to go further and dig deeper. Despite being plagued with near constant illness this fall/winter, I've been excited to get on a routine and get to the gym whenever I am feeling well. it makes me happy to get up at 6am.
I absolutely love Burn and appreciate the community greatly (even though I am not a high five kind of person lol). Thanks for taking my workouts to the next level!

I can’t say enough good things about Burn. The workouts are different every day and they change things up just enough to keep you interested, but not too much that you can’t see progress in various exercises from doing them over and over. I played sports in high school (and really missed that team feeling) - this gym brings me back to that amazing feeling of having challenging exercises that really push you and a close-knit team who is going through everything with you and cheering you on. There are people of all ages, abilities, fitness levels, and backgrounds all working together and supporting each other.
The most special thing about Burn is the community. The trainers all knew (and remembered) my name by the first class I took with them (some literally knew and remembered my name before they even trained a camp with me). They are all so loving, caring, and genuinely want you to succeed and live your best life. The group of people who workout here are also so kind. People will cheer you on when they notice you achieving a record in camp or trying something new that you’ve never done before. People will go out of their way to support you and cheer you on. I went through a rollercoaster of milestones at the end of 2022 (from getting married to getting my car totaled in a car accident). The people and every single trainer at this gym cheered and celebrated me through my highest highs and supported me through the lowest lows, whether they realize it or not. It’s indescribable how special this place is.

If you are looking to change your outlook on working out, join an amazing community of supportive people and learn about nutrition that's manageable, look no further than Burn Boot Camp-Pittsford or Webster. Since joining over 3 years ago, I have never looked back. Here are all the positives:
-There a many options for work out times from early morning before work until 6:30 at night. It's convenient really for any type of job. They also have childcare included!
-The trainers are REAL and supportive people that work hard to meet your needs.
-The people you workout with are there to support you not be your competition or be judgmental.
-The focus meetings included have taught me so much about nutrition and lifelong skills.
-The competitions keep you motivated to keep coming back.
-The 45 minutes are hard work but it's a concentrated 45 minutes that's targeted each day towards different muscle groups and a mix of cardio.
-You can preview the reel on Facebook or Instagram to get prepared for the work out.
-The floor is AMAZING for your joints as it is flexible and bouncy for shock absorption.
-They have a zoom option for at home workouts.
-They have community gatherings outside of Burn as well as kid's exercise camps.

I joined burn boot camp a year ago and it has been the best decision I have made since! The trainers are so inspiring and always there to push you during the workout! You start with warm up exercises, different station workouts, then a finisher exercise! Semi fast paced environment for those that may be slower at working out but no doubt your entire family will love this workout !

Burn-Pittsford has been a fantastic experience. I joined almost a year ago because I needed a refresh to my routine and the camaraderie of this group was so welcoming. People of all ages are members and no matter where you are on your fitness journey the trainers go out of their way to help you succeed. Although sometimes the classes are 25+ people you do not feel forgotten and you still get 1 on 1 attention from the trainers.

I have nothing but great things to say about Burn Pittsford. I joined as a “gift” to myself 4 months after having my son. Pushing through the workouts 5-6 days a week for the last 8mos has made me more confident in myself than I have ever been before. The trainers are fantastic… somehow they manage to train a room of 25+ people and still give me individual attention & form adjustments. The floating floor + trainers + community makes Burn the best group ex. gym in town.

Addicting - yes, the first few classes are intimidating but I became hooked after a week or two! I have no athletic background and have never consistently worked out but I now attend 5-6x a week & have been for the last 8 months! Take advantage of the two week free trial like I did before signing up!

The female instructors here are very unfriendly. They constantly have a mean look in their face. I haven’t had one female instructor that is kind and encouraging here. The male teacher Jamison is fabulous. So sad women have to be so negative. Awful place to feel welcomed.
