Burn Boot Camp in Williamsville, NY features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve been a member of burn for just 3 months and it has honestly been life changing. As a former division I athlete, all my workouts have always been written for me. When I started having kids, I didn’t have the time or the energy to make my own workouts so I just didn’t.. at all. That meant 4 years of no exercise, so getting back into it was very difficult. Burn has provided the perfect combination of strength training, HIIT, motivation, 1:1 training, and varying workout times to fit my schedule and keep me wanting more! It feels like the day I purchased my Burn membership was a pivotal day in my life, finally putting me on a positive fitness and health trajectory after so long going downhill.

The trainers are amazing. High-energy, kind, and motivating. The sense of community is fantastic. Only regret I have is not starting sooner!

I’ve been going to Burn Bootcamp Williamsville for 6 years and have absolutely loved it! As a mom of two, burn bootcamp gives me the chance to have 45mins to myself with out having to think (not too much) and also provides a safe environment for my kids to be watched in their child watch area. The people that run and attend burn make it feel like a welcoming community every time you walk in. I could not recommend this place enough!

I joined Burn about 2 yrs ago almost. I had to leave for bit due to personal reasons. I recently returned and will never leave again. They welcomed me with open arms and made sure to check on me every step as I re-entered the workout world. Everyone there takes their roles very seriously and ensures that one is meeting their personal and fitness goals.

As someone who has had gym phobia my whole life, this community put my mind at ease so I could focus on my health and mental health goals. They personalize their attention without making one feel like they are in a spotlight. They make sure one is doing things safely- physically and emotionally- to see the most success. They go out of their way even outside the gym time, to reach out and keep the support in the forefront.

This is my HAPPY place. I Love going to Burn Boot Camp in Williamsville. It’s my home away from home. The coaches, front desk staff and members are nothing like I’ve ever experienced before at a gym. Burn is the best gym I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many). I joined a year ago and I love the encouraging community and trainers. Burn has so many camps at different times of day so you can always fit a camp into your schedule. I enjoy having a variety when I work out and I never get bored at Burn. There are always modifications of exercises available. I have never felt inadequate at Burn. It’s a great community!

I have been going to Burn now for two years and this is the only gym that I have ever been consistent with in my entire life. Never have I ever actually enjoyed working out, but I genuinely look forward to my mornings at Burn. Not only have a I noticed a difference physically, in my strength but most of all mentally. I tell everyone that burn is my morning medicine. I really can’t say enough about my love and appreciation for this place but I urge anyone on the fence of coming in to just try it! I have been a member for many years now!! During that time I have lots of ups and downs in health etc.. the trainers have been amazing in helping me out when i needed modifications due to surgeries and even injuries!! Can't say enough good things about Burn and the team they have there. They are like my extended family. Bonus stuff: floating floor rocks, gym is super clean, work outs change everyday that you never get bored and you might start the class wondering why you came to this one but leave the camp amazed and proud of yourself for making it thru the camp!!

I have been a member of Burn Williamsville for 5 yrs. Since then I have become so much stronger and have done things I never would have done without this community. When you walk in the door you are greeted by name and a high 5. You are never judged and everyone is so friendly. All the trainers know everyone by name which amazes me every day. They are there for each member, they push you when you need to be pushed and support you when feel like you you can't do it. The members of this gym just don't show up workout and leave, we are friends and support each other outside of the gym. I have always been active, so I have experienced many different gyms, different types of workouts etc. and let me tell you. I found my burn family over a year ago and will never go to a different gym again! Burn is SUCH a good workout, and atmosphere. This is one if the most positive and encouraging places I've ever been! It's been a rough couple of years and when I joined almost 3 years ago I wanted to lose weight! I've literally tried everything! And while I'm still working on my fitness goals they are ever changing and I couldn't be happier! Earlier in the year, I was going through some personal mental health struggles. I knew I needed to make myself more of a priority. Years ago, I came into Burn for a free trial, but didn't sign on. This year, I signed on and it's become an important part of my self-care routine. The trainers are encouraging, the workouts are different everyday and the staff always greet you with a smile (and a high five). Burn Bootcamp is more than a gym, it's a community. Something that Burn does that other gyms don't are the Focus Meetings. I have been working with Travis and he helps me on so many levels, especially checking in with my mental health. UPDATE: This gym has adopted to the pandemic and keeping members safe and active during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Before gyms opened the ability to have live classes online and kid classes were offered to help them burn energy. If you want to workout at home, in the gym, or attend outside classes this is the place for you. You cannot get a better than Burn and it comes with a great support system.

Burn Bootcamp provides a great workout every day. The trainers are encouraging, knowledgeable and welcoming. They are great about pushing you, and helping you to modify exercises when necessary. I am especially appreciative of their amazing efforts during the pandemic. They offered daily live or recorded videos. In addition, they offer workouts outdoors in a local park. Each person has their own parking spot to workout. How perfectly socially distanced is that? They are doing absolutely everything they can to follow guidelines and give you a place to workout. I’m currently doing the 14 day free trial at Burn Boot camp (great deal btw) and love it. It’s very accessible to people like me who aren’t used to gyms, while still being a great workout. I’m hooked! I like how they have a 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm class for people who can’t always get there at a set time after work. I don’t have kids but the childcare would be so nice if I did. They really haven’t been too pushy to get me to commit to a membership which is usually such a negative part of free trials. They let you test it out to see if it’s right for you.

Upon walking into Burn, I immediately was impressed by the staff and trainers there. I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and given a tour of the building. One staff member even followed me into the childcare area to introduce herself since she was busy when I had arrived. I felt so welcomed in this new place with a brand new baby. The gym is always well kept and clean, and I love that I see all of the staff members helping to make sure the gym and bathrooms are well maintained. As a new mom, I decided to to check out Burn initially because it is touted "a community of fit moms" by many of my friends. My son Jaxxon, who was only 8 weeks old when we first started coming to the classes. He has adapted well to his new environment and enjoys his time at the childcare center. While I had never had another person babysit him other than my immediate family before going to Burn, I felt comfortable with the warm and caring staff there. The staff are attentive and I love that I can see him while I am getting in a good workout.

I have been a trainer in the Buffalo area for almost ten years and was hesitant at first to take fitness classes as my only workouts during the week, since I am used to doing my own workouts. I was hooked after the first class and have loved the results I have seen in only a month. I have dropped six lbs in the month that I have been attending Burn as a result of changing up my workouts. The two trainers I have worked with are energetic, fun, and motivating during classes. I love that I do not see them on their phones during workouts or distracted and they are truly engaged in the members/workout. Many times, I love the extra push and encouragement that I get during workouts and I love no longer having to think about what I am doing while at the gym. Within 45 minutes, I get a great calorie burn and feel like I rocked whatever exercises were on the white board.

The community at Burn is my favorite thing about the place! A friendly high five from other members, talking to girls outside of class on their Facebook page, date night workouts with my husband, and their themed workouts on Thursdays...Burn is all about finding fun in a healthy and fit lifestyle. I am beyond grateful that I was referred to this gym and will continue with this great group of people. Burn has given me such a great outlet to remain healthy as a new mom with a great group of people. I recommend it 110% to anyone!

Just started a six week transformation but already feeling like a million bucks! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Travis is the kind of trainer who pushes you beyond your perceived limits and makes you feel good that you crushed a goal that you didn’t even know you set for yourself! The workouts are intense and comprehensive, so in 45 minutes you’ve had an efficient HIIT workout. There is no wasted time and once that session begins absolutely no one is sitting around disengaged!!!! People of every fitness level can do them as the trainers are excellent at modifying workouts as needed. The people who come here are great. First day had a few members come up and introduce themselves to partner up with me which was awesome! I’d highly recommend Burn if you are looking to transform your fitness to the next level!

Found out about this place from Groupon in November 2019. After the first day (which kicked my butt), I couldn’t wait to come back the next day! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and it was very nice to experience that. When my groupon was over I was sad but very excited when I got the email about the Raise the Bar Challenge and signed right up. I go later in the day and Travis and Kim are amazing! Deciding where to invest your time, energy & money... FOUND IT! I’ve been working out around Buffalo for years now and I can’t believe I just found this place a few weeks ago. It’s the best customer service HANDS DOWN, in Buffalo. Trainers know your name on the FIRST VISIT! Been going for 2 weeks and have already lost 5 lbs, they not only help with amazing workouts (for all levels) but they help with nutrition as well!
Deciding on where to spend your money? Because let’s be honest, they are more expensive than a bigger chain gym... but you get what you pay for! Trust me, I even teach at a larger gym in the area and I still refer people to Burn, you just can’t beat the experience. It works out to be like 5$ a class, which is a STEAL!

I love burn! I was soooooo nervous when I started because I had not exercised in a really long time. Having a very active lifestyle and trying out so many different gyms Burn is definitely one of my favorites. The overall atmosphere of the gym is great, everyone is so supportive. Travis is a great trainer and really pushes you through these workouts. Highly recommend!!

Burn Boot Camp is a workout like no other! Over many years of dedication to a healthy, active lifestyle, I have tried several different gyms and workout styles, and Burn is by far at the top of my list! Though the classes may seem to get big at times, the trainers are outstanding with constantly circling the gym and making themselves readily available for anyone who needs them, as well as encouraging, critiquing, and challenging each person to reach their fullest potential. The atmosphere at Burn is also commendable- I have never felt so much support at a gym (and have never received so many high-fives!) Burn has such an awesome thing going, and I am sad that I will be moving out of the area soon and leaving Burn :(

Incredible gym! I have been a runner for years now and have seen so much more progress in the 3 weeks I’ve been going to Burn than in the years I’ve been running. The energy is positive and radiant! I honestly never thought I would join a gym with a group class type structure, but after about 2 days of Burn Boot Camp and I was hooked! The facility is beautiful, the trainers are amazing and thy really push you to get something out of the class at any level you are at. The women are amazingly friendly and supportive. And everyone learns your name by the first couple sessions. The amazing accountability and environment will definitely keep me coming back!

Wow! I am new to Burn and love it. I never imagined that I'd be the type of person that would actually enjoy going to a gym. I feel welcomed and empowered by this amazing community. Finding time to workout had been a struggle in the past but the childwatch room has been a game changer. The set up is only as good as the team working in the room and they are all kind and engaged. I like that I can peek in the window whenever I want!
