Bring a friend! Call it Fit offers exercise classes for groups of up to 5. In addition, we provide programs for you to perform on your own, as well as nutritional guidance to maximize your health benefits!

Working with Ben has been a complete game changer. In just four months, he helped me realize what my body is truly capable of. His training style is motivating, knowledgeable, and tailored to exactly what I needed. Working with Ben has been my first time with a personal trainer and I’m so glad that I found him. I came with severe lower back pain and in weeks, he helped me strengthen the muscles to lower the pain significantly and add a great deal of mobility. He’s also helped me lose 11 lbs and counting with a definite increase in upper body strength and squat lifts. I love that he has a private studio, which gives a judgement-free space with no distractions. Ben is knowledgeable about the body and is great at encouraging and knowing when to push and when to ease up. I appreciate most that he specifically tailors each workout to my abilities and pain levels in the moment, adapting to where I’m at each day- something a video or a class wouldn’t be able to do. Being convenient and affordable is the cherry on top. Definitely recommend!

I have had 14 sessions so far with Call It Fit owner, Ben Raymond. I am returning to the gym after being sidelined by a series of age-related/ wear and tear injuries. It has been difficult to be patient with healing in order to strengthen. Ben is doing an excellent job of helping me improve my range of motion, mobility, stability AND restoring strength. He is knowledgeable of anatomy and kinesiology as well as strength training techniques and form. He is easy to work with, attentive (not checking his phone constantly), organized, keeps the gym clean, and (thank god) has a sense of humor. I feel confident that, with Ben’s expertise, I am going to hit my goals and then surpass them.

I'm a 48-year-old male who runs 5-6 times a week, and I've been working with Ben (owner of Call It Fit) twice weekly for several months now. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Ben's knowledge and expertise in strength-based training are truly impressive. He designs personalized workouts that are challenging and effective. His private studio is a huge plus – it's well-equipped, and I love not having to worry about waiting for equipment or navigating a crowded gym.
The scheduling is incredibly convenient, and Ben is always flexible to accommodate my busy schedule.
