Carve It® Fitness is New York's premier trampoline-based fitness studio. Carve It® is a series of classes and a systematic way of training that incorporates rebounding — or jumping and training on mini-trampolines. Rebounding provides unique health benefits and a tremendously fun and effective way to train the whole body. Carve It® Fitness offers classes that are suitable for all levels, ranging from rejuvenating to high-intensity interval training. Carve It® founder Claire Lo Russo is a Certified Bellicon Instructor, as well as a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. Her philosophy: No matter where you are in your fitness or life journey, there is a place for you in our supportive community.

I am so grateful to have found Carve It. Claire is a phenomenal teacher who infuses her workouts with positivity and empathy -- while providing truly challenging, invigorating workouts suitable for a variety of workout levels and style preferences. Claire breaks down rebounding moves with thorough instruction about form and technique to help her students get the most out of her workouts. She offers everything from constant cardio to strength training -- to restorative, stretching workouts -- in an expansive library. Beyond her classes, Claire has created a supportive environment through a private Facebook group, and she takes the time to personally answer questions and provide encouragement. With my busy schedule, I appreciate being able to get this level of workout and support from my own home.

I am so happy that I found this trampoline based fitness class! I worked in Orthopedics and always told my patients low impact activities were the best for their joints. I highly recommend doing trampoline classes for this! Claire is a great teacher and has a variety of classes to choose from based on your comfort level. I joined carveit fitness in January of 2023, looking for workouts that would fit my busy lifestyle. I figured I'd try it out for a month and then go from there. Well, im going on 4 months in and enjoy it more and more everday. Claire is an amazing teacher! She explains everything so well and guides you through the classes. I enjoy it so much that I have to force myself to take rest days.

I have been training with Carve it Fitness for several months now and cannot recommend it enough. If you are looking for an online platform for rebounding classes, this is the place to be. There is a wide variety of classes on offer and Claire is a great instructor. Once you become a member of the online platform, you can also join the private Facebook group. This is a great way to communicate with other members and with Claire herself. She always gives quick and helpful answers to any questions you may have and you sense from everything that she is really committed to her members.

AMAZING classes - fabulous rebounding classes for all levels and also all timeframes - I often find that life gets in the way and I can't do a longer Carve It class so I do one of Claires 5-15 minute Bitty workouts - totally brilliant! If you're reading this, you're probably already aware of the health benefits of rebounding and how much fun it is. So let's talk about Carve It Fitness...WONDERFUL! So many options to fit any mood and/or fitness level--long classes, short, strength, cardio, etc...with unique options you can't find anywhere else (hello 'Boxer' and 'Bandsculpt'!). There are different membership levels to fit most budgets and new classes are released at a minimum of every month.
Now let's talk about Claire...THE BEST! Her sincerity and love for rebounding are palpable and as a former competitive athlete, she knows her stuff. She provides exceptional instruction to ensure proper form and knows just what to say to keep us motivated: "Not easy!" She is genuinely interested in her members (her "fitfam") and our feedback. I'm grateful to have discovered the Carve It Fitness platform and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Claire is an amazing teacher ! There are a great variety of classes, and something for every fitness level. I have taken classes when healthy , and when coming back from injury. I particularly love the tone, vibe and approach she takes.. She creates a calm, warm environment, focusing on wellness, health , functioning and strength. It is also just plain fun. It has been my favorite way to exercise for years because it is never boring, is low impact, the time flies and I always feel better after taking a class. Results without being sore for days. Highly highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Carve It Fitness. I have tried a couple of trampoline-based platforms over the last several years, and while they were fun at first, I always ended up burned out physically and mentally. Claire's classes are completely different for me. They are fun and rejuvenating (she always tells you you will feel rejuvenated, and she's right), and at the same time the classes give you an incredible workout. More and more I'm transitioning away from some of the other workouts I do to do more of hers - she has an incredible variety from more straight-forward rebounding classes to boxing and body sculpt workouts, so it really hits all of the buckets in terms of a well-rounded fitness program.

I discovered Carve It during Covid lockdown in the UK and haven’t looked back. There are so many varied and carefully tailored classes to choose from. The class is excellent and a different take on cardio, hiit and strength training as a combination. It is low impact and a lot of fun. Really pushes you for the 60 minutes. Claire is a great instructor and the other students in the class are dedicated and supportive. Most classes begin at 530am and a great way to start the day! Even for someone recovering from an injury, it’s a great way to resume training. Makes you feel like a kid again to jump on the rebounder

I tried this workout without knowing what yo expect. I ended up getting a workout that's fun and super effective. I spin, do hot yoga, run and lift and this was still challenging. At the same time anyone can do it and the trampoline allows for your joints to breathe <3

Super fun workout. No experience necessary! I was a little afraid of jumping up and down and losing my balance on the bellicons but it’s easier than you think. Being part of Carve It Fitness has been an incredible experience and I highly recommend it. As a runner, I’ve been struggling with very tight hamstrings resulting in back pain for months.
At Carve It, I’ve been able to work out with greater intensity while strengthening my core. I look forward to working out with a wonderful group of ladies. I was a little nervous about attending this class because I haven’t exercised in a long time, but once I was there I knew there was no reason for me to worry.
Claire is motivating and encouraging. You work out at your own pace, as all the workouts can be modified to your ability. I find that I am energized throughout the day after a workout. I’m so glad I found Carve It!

My friend told me I would love this class and I wish I didn't wait so long to try it! It's definitely one of the best classes I've taken - and I've taken a lot of classes. The trampoline works every muscle of your body at once, is great on your joints, and is amazing for detox - so many health benefits! Claire makes the classes really fun and engaging while being totally attuned to each person's level of ability and offering modifications. I really am so impressed. She creates an environment that is friendly and inviting so everyone is really having a good time even when working hard. Great for beginners and advanced athletes!

For someone who is NOT a morning person, Carve It makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning and start the day out right! This class has not only helped me reach my fitness goals of feeling healthier, having more energy and toning/sculpting but it’s also given me the added benefits of better skin, getting rid of stubborn cellulite, balance improvement, self confidence, constantly meeting wonderful new people and having so much fun while working out! This workout will challenge you mentally and physically in the best ways! Not only is it a detox method for your body, but it truly does help clear my mind every time I take it, not to mention you really can't help but smile while bouncing! The program that Claire has developed at Carve It Fitness is amazing. She has a way of making even the most challenging class incredibly fun. Her passion and enthusiasm are infectious! The other participants in the classes are equally as welcoming, making it a very approachable program for all fitness levels. This is the best class ever. Clair is absolutely amazing.
I came alive in the class and I burned off so much calories. My body started taking shape from every class I took. I invited my friends and they joined as well. My college student daughter came home and took a class with me and she fell in love.
Carve it just just what it says, it carved your body and I feel so confident and healthy. It’s so easy on your joints and it’s fun.
