I took my first Sexy Chair Dance with Jade and even though I was the only one enrolled in the class, it was so welcoming. She made sure I understood the chair choreography and if I had any questions, she would demonstrate it again for me. We had great conversations and laughs throughout the night and I would totally come back! (or even try other classes too)

I just started poling this summer and casa pole has been instrumental in all of the progress I have made so far. I have always felt comfortable in the studio and safe to try new things, as the instructors are encouraging and supportive (physically and mentally!). I can tell that the owner really values ALL kinds of diversity and makes it a part of their mission to make pole accessible to everyone. I really value this about the studio. Walking into a room where not everyone looks like me is a blessing and not a lot of movement studios can say they have that. I love the variety of classes offered and all of the community events held by the studio. It’s clear that community is important here, and that was really important to me when looking for a pole studio. I can’t wait to see how casa grows!

What an amazing workshop for women that are 40+. You are not defined by size. It was a fun comfortable atmosphere. It's a place to build strength and confidence, becoming one with your body. The instructors are amazing. I liked it so much I joined a 6 week session.

Amazing studio, The studio is a modern, well lit with a great sound system and a surprising amount of space. The instructors are hands down some of the most talented in the Hudson valley area and incredibly welcoming to beginners and advanced dancers alike. If your looking for a hobby or as a profession all are welcome with nothing but positivity 😁
