Amazing place and great energy! These guys are the best and the therapists are also athletes themselves so they definitely have a wider view and understanding of how the body works and how to help you better! Definitely recommend!

I can’t believe I never knew about this place. I took the Monday yoga class at 6pm that’s donation based. I really enjoyed the flow and pacing and feel that I got to stretch out each movement and not be rushed. Will be back.

I’ve had the absolute best experiences training at Chinatown Flow! The trainers aren’t just incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft — they’re also genuinely kind, supportive, and fun to be around 🤩. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need, whether that’s pushing you toward your goals or taking extra time to assess an injury. I always leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and motivated to keep going. Can’t wait to keep training with this amazing team!

Chinatown Flow is a true gem of the neighborhood. I have been going to Nic for over two years now. His deep knowledge around training for all skill levels and the support he gives his clients keeps people coming back. Always such a good vibe and great to bring friends to the group classes too.

Glenn and Eric are two of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.

They are incredibly well-rounded when it comes to improving strength, mobility, and overall athletic development. Their deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology really sets them apart — you can tell they put thought and intention into every session. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking to move and feel better, you’re in great hands with them. Highly recommend Chinatown Flow!

I can’t say enough great things about Eric Quintero and the entire team at Chinatown Flow! 🌟 Eric is truly one of a kind—he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel supported every step of the way. He checks in regularly, making you feel like your goals are his goals. If he doesn’t have an answer to something, he doesn’t just guess—he takes the time to research and find the best solution for you. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated!

Chinatown Flow itself is such an amazing environment. The energy is positive, motivating, and welcoming. You can tell the whole team truly wants you to succeed and achieve real results. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with heart, this is it. Eric and the team are the real deal—highly recommend! 💯

I used to have a very poor mobility to train Muay Thai, got connected with Glenn through one of my Muay Thai coach, and been doing mobility training with Glenn for about 3 years now. Since then my mobility has been improving. Glenn is very passionate and knowledgeable of what he’s teaching. Eric, who is also a Mobility Specialist is very dedicated in teaching Mobility has taught me a lot.

Currently, both Glenn and Eric have mobility class every Thursdays and Fridays. I would not miss those classes to keep my joint strong!!

I have also taken Nic strength class a couple times, he really care about your form in each technique and also pushes your to train hard. Each week is different program, he keeps it exciting to learn new things. Highly recommended. Also, the gym space is very clean and smells good❤️

Great place if you want to be on your fitness journey and don’t know where to start. I’m always hesitant to go to the gym by myself because i need some direction! Chinatown flow got coach nic by your side to correct you and keep it pushing when you need a little more. There’s days when i don’t want to lift either and they have a good mix of other workouts to do like mobility and pilates to switch it up through the week. It’s clean & classes are pretty intimate (like max of 8?) so u do get proper support and aren’t neglected. I’m a repeat client so see u in class if you reading this !!

Great coaching and great vibes! I’ve taken the Strength class a couple of times and the movements were very intuitive and functional. It’s refreshing for someone like me with a powerlifting background and needs more flexibility. Definitely one of the best gyms in Chinatown.

Chinatown Flow fitness has given my personal health the significant boost it desperately needed. The owner and fitness instructor Nick is genuinely kind, personable, and works with me at my own pace and strength level. The studio area is comfortable and class sizes are smaller and more intimate versus the chaotic immense classes you see in commercial fitness centers. Chinatown Flow is also priced at a fair and affordable range when comparing to the overly expensive fitness centers elsewhere.

I've known Nick since we were kids, and he's always been into fitness and staying active. Now that we're adults, he's still passionate about it and even started Chinatown Flow. Seriously, this guy knows his stuff! If you're on the hunt for a trainer with tons of experience who can really help you on your fitness journey, you should definitely check him out.

I spent three months training with Nic and I am extremely satisfied with the time and money spent. When I started, I was after a year long break from strength training due to an injury. I also had little knowledge about proper technique, my routine was not well rounded and I felt that I wasn't able to make progress without help. Nic helped me achieve all of my goals, and more. He patiently answered my many questions during the training, introduced me to a ton of exercises which are now a part of my training routine and left me with the knowledge on how to get better on my own. Besides, he's a super friendly, funny and down to earth guy. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nic to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals!

I was never a gym person. The smell, crowd, and sweat dripping all over the equipment was a hard no for me. I started attending the group sessions (max 8 people) with some coworkers just for fun. And by my 2nd session, I decided to buy a 5 package. Nic is very patient and encourages you to work hard. His gym is incredibly clean and organized. Doesn't smell like sweat and equipment looks and feels clean every time I go. His workout sessions are well thought out, and he pushed you to work harder. With a class of 8, I didn't feel like I was left out of the group.

Parking and traffic around the area are not as difficult as I thought (drives a 7 passenger and lives in Flushing). There's plenty of meters and a garage close by. I find street parking every time I attend. His gym is also walking distance from some very good restaurants nearby, so that's another plus.

Overall, I highly recommend Chinatown Flow to anyone who is looking for a clean, organized, fun, and motivating instructor.

My coworkers and I went for the Full Body Strength Training session and we had a great time! Nic is really encouraging and passionate. The workout set he designed for us was challenging (half of us don’t go to the gym) but he advised us on form and modifications to help us meet the goals. Clean space with cool equipment!

Went to a short Vinyasa session hosted by Natalie. Super encouraging to have Nic also join our class, but Natalie did an amazing job leading us on the sweet, but short journey. Nic and company seem to be an amazing team. Definitely going back for a full immersion soon!

If you're interested in working out but don't feel comfortable doing exercises or going to the gym alone (maybe cause you don't know what to do), then Chinatown Flow really is the perfect place. They offer daily classes (yoga on mondays, calisthetics and weight training most others), and there is even a free tour if you have questions and want to feel the space out. The true star is the personal trainer Nic!! He provides personal and detailed feedback, and is always encouraging and motivating. Most of all, he really wants you to meet your goals and feel your best! And it's refreshing that it's done in a nonjudgmental and accepting space.

I highly recommend Nic for personal training. There’s no YouTube or other online class that can replace individual attention to specific needs. Chinatown Flow is clean and new. Nic’s knowledge is comprehensive, and he’s a nice guy!

still has that new gym smell! can’t speak to the personal training but the owner is really nice. they started offering yoga on mondays- led by nat. she’s so sweet, friendly, and attentive. but that doesn’t mean the vinyasa session is a walk in the park.

def swing by if you’re looking for some local yoga or training.
