Cindy is an excellent trainer and wonderful human. She is so authentic and caring. I have trained with her for a number of years and am still surprised and challenged by a routine she has planned for me. Cindy pushes me to do more than I think I can do but never more than I am able to do. I had a brief knee injury and she reinforced everything I was doing in physical therapy. My physical therapist was astonished at this coordination and my progress. Pleased to say that I have healed. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone regardless of your fitness level. She will tailor your program for you.

She is helping get me back to being active after a hip replacement. She has a great sense for what I need at each appointment and knows just how far to push... very encouraging.
