It was crowded at the entrance of the studio and space was limited. It is a very small area. The class was very organized. The instructor was very clear with her instructions. She was also helpful to those who needed help.
I enjoyed the class very much but it is out of my price range at this time. I also find the sign up fee to be pricey.

The Pilates instructors here are truly exceptional- each of them I have trained with has brought incredible skill, presence, and warmth to every class. What stands out most is how they correct form with such care and respect. Their guidance is never shaming — instead, their cues are intentional, encouraging, and deeply rooted in knowledge of the body and movement.
You can feel how much thought and training goes into every exercise they teach. Their communication is clear, grounded, and motivating — it feels like they’re weaving their expertise right into the energy of the class.
Each instructor has their own style, but all share that same mix of precision, empathy, and creativity that makes every session feel both challenging and restorative.
I truly enjoy “Waking up with Wendy” in the early classes. She’s an actual ray of sunshine, being the first person most of us see each day and always brings her all. Wendy has made such a difference in my fitness journey and my confidence within Pilates. She’s is calm, direct, enthusiastic and encouraging. She is always very aware, helpful and kind with her direction which has always made me feel comfortable asking for help or asking questions when corrected.
Pauline is also incredible. She’s direct but kind and really knows her stuff. I find her classes challenging but always feel confident and stronger leaving. I don’t take as many of
hers as she isn’t an early bird like me, but would reccommend any of her classes.
I always leave class feeling stronger, more aligned, and inspired. This is a truly special group of teachers who know how to bring out the best in every Pilates person who walks through the door. Experiencing other studios, I can say I would highly recommend the Clifton park location.

This location is bursting with talented individuals who want to support your health journey. So welcoming, friendly, kind, knowledgeable individuals. If you can listen and follow instructions you will be stronger than you ever thought possible. It is a pleasure to attend classes here. I’ve learned more about my body with the workshops and classes. If you’ve never taken a Pilates class I recommend you try their free first class. Make sure to ask questions before taking the class, this is your time to explore. If you can listen to instructions and be mindful of your body and its positioning, advocate for yourself…you will thrive. Take a class from an experienced instructor, apprentices are still learning. There are many instructors so ask for your free class to be with someone who can inspire your journey for you…stronger ankles, lean body, supportive muscles, stronger than you’ve ever been. We are all learning together and you should take this time to understand the equipment, techniques, posture and most of all listening while participating effectively as it’s a “group setting”. No one can do this work for you, and if you aren’t listening then the class is held up because of it. You can be social or focus on yourself. You can do anything and I’ve learned a lot at this location. I’m grateful for the time and energy spent in all the classes I’ve taken so far. I will be out for surgery soon and wish all people at Northway Pilates and Clifton Park club Pilates all the success!!

I took the intro class because it was free and i'm new to the area. The staff was very friendly and informative. The space was clean and organized. This class is great if you are unfamiliar with reformer pilates and extremely new. You will not break a sweat. I will be taking a regular cp reformer class to compare it to New York Pilates which I am a member of, but had to discontinue after relocating.

I’ve been doing mat Pilates for a while, but Pilates classes here are so much more fun! I love the variety of classes and even when you take the same type of class, the workout is always different. The app is easy to schedule classes on, but make sure you book in advance because they fill up quickly. Be sure to take a class with Jami, she is a great instructor and gives helpful feedback!

I've been a member of Clifton Park Club Pilates for 4 years now and am getting close to 1,000 classes.
Pilates is a mix of strength training, flexibility, balance and mobility so it really covers all the bases. The studio offers low impact, full-body Pilates Reformer inspired classes that are meant to boost your overall well-being and the instructors do an excellent job of working with everyone.

Knowing NOTHING about Pilates I signed up for the Intro class because I knew had to have some regular exercise. I liked it right away…. it was a good workout without leaving me feeling wiped out, I wasn’t a sweaty mess when I left (which I hate) and everyone there was friendly and encouraging. I’ve been going regularly 2-3 times a week and it’s fun. Right now I’m trying all of the different classes and different instructors. Honestly I’ve enjoyed every one of them. Club Pilates is giving me what I’ve been looking for and needing for years. By the way I’m 72, I’m definitely not skinny, my fitness level is average for my age and I’m already feeling positive results in my leg strength and flexibility. Club Pilates earns 5 stars from me!

I have had about 10 sessions with Wendy. She is amazing, watches to see that I am sitting properly, that feet and knees are aligned, and is sensitive to my sometimes painful knee. I feel better and stronger after every session.

I have been attending classes at Core Pilates in Clifton Park for several months and I could not be more pleased. It has promoted healing of a knee injury post PT and keeps arthritis pain in same knee at bay through stretching and strengthening of muscles, joints and ligaments. 5 star rating . Great instructors, a variety of classes that target many different parts of the body as well as a concentration on the core as needed. The class is limited to 12 so there is alot of 1 on 1 help as needed to assure you are doing the exercises correctly and great credit is taken that you do not injure yourself in the process, I really like that..is so important. I've been going to this studio for over a year now at least 2x maybe 3x a week, 5 star. I look forward to my Pilates classes every week. I always feel so much better after class. It has become a lifestyle for me. never had a bad experience.

Challenging but fantastic class today! Much better than my last class. Doesn’t happen often, but when an instructor is unprepared and goes off- the-cuff, it doesn’t always work out so well.
Maybe I’m just spoiled by all the Awesome Club Pilates classes and instructors to which I’m accustomed. I am very grateful to my sister for getting me started with the Club more than a year ago!

Love that the classes are tiered for experience levels. It’s intimidating to join a new program when everyone else knows what they are doing. Instructor was attentive and competent and made me feel comfortable.

Exactly 2 years ago today I took my first class and today completed my 500 class. Club Pilates was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. All of the instructors are amazing and bring something new to each class. I personally have to thank Rafael whose class I attend on a regular basis. He makes me realize there are things that I don’t think that I could do and he’s always so patient and an amazing instructor. The best thing you can ever do is to join Club Pilates. Looking forward to the next 500 classes.

I have had such a positive experience at Club Pilates Clifton Park.The studio is comfortable, the instructors and staff are knowledgeable and approachable. They are helpful and accomodating for any personal physical restrictions which I sincerely appreciate! I am very happy with my physical and health progress from pilates.

Love the pace of the workouts as well as the instructors who are very attentive & willing to correct any misalignment of the body to avoid injury. The atmosphere is not intimidating at all which allow you to relax and get the workout you need. The whole experience is new for me but I’m glad I chose Club Pilates for my fitness goals.

Club Pilates has been an amazing experience. I’ve learned so much in a short amount of time. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful no matter if you’re new to Pilates or experienced. They truly care about ensuring a positive outcome with every class. As a mother of a medically complex, fully disabled , young child, my goal is to stay strong mentally & physically for her. After every class, I feel I’ve gained strength to continue to do that. I’ve been going to classes at Club Pilates in Clifton Park since September & can’t recommend this highly enough for anyone to try. I have had both knees & a hip replaced & have seen such improvement in my flexibility & strength since starting. It’s been amazing & I look forward to each class!
