My daughter cheered here for a year. She had a competitive dance and gymnastics background, but, at 10, she had never done any competitive cheer. The gym was organized and clean. Their routines were strong. My one major critique was that I did not find it to be a welcoming environment to newcomers at all. I’ve heard this sentiment echoed from others. If you don’t have your child enrolled from an early age, the teachers, other students, and other parents take a long time to warm up, which is a shame because my daughter was actually really talented (I realize I might be biased, but, in this case, it is true). She was pretty much ignored. There was a real *mean girl* energy from her teachers. It was weird. It may have just been her specific coaches, but it was very off-putting.

I did go to CNY Storm on Sunday December 22nd to watch my Daughter's cheer practice. Great gym, with a very positive program for the kids.

Neat older gym offering a toddler time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings that doesn't require a membership to attend. Just a one time 8 dollar fee for an hour of fun for little ones. Best for mobile toddlers.

My Daughter has done competitive cheerleading with CNY Storm for about 3 years. Their program is excellent, the kids are treated with respect & positive reinforcement regardless of each child's skill level. These kids work very hard, yet they also have fun & form friendships. I would highly recommend CNY Storm to any family interested in competitive cheerleading.

Theres so many great aspects of this gym, the coaches are amazing as they train these young athletes and are great role models in and out the gym... Highly recommended!
