I highly recommend their personal training services. I have all the back and knee issues along with hyper mobility and it is very easy for me to get hurt working out . I appreciate the tailored approach for my needs and the gentle push that allows me to train safely and effectively .

Co Movement is an excellent gym with a great community! I worked with Andy as my coach to improve my strength during the summers and stay in shape for my collegiate swim season. I found that it made a huge difference not only in my swimming performance but my overall health and relationship with movement. I would recommend this gym and any of the coaches to anyone wanting to improve their strength, mobility and health.

I just can't say enough about how much the workout program with Co-Movement has done for my son. The strength training is priceless, not only giving him an edge on the field, but also helping to prevent injury. I highly recommend this program for any youth athlete.

I started a personal training program at Co-Movement 1 month ago. Between job change and the pandemic I had become so sedentary. Liz is my trainer and she gets me, pushes gently and I can feel such a difference in my strength and energy level already. Highly recommend for anyone who could use a great trainer, beautiful gym, and friendly owners, trainers and members alike.

I started out by taking the Trainer Course at Co-Movement Gym with Josh Lewis about 2 years ago. He has gone above and beyond with his training and mentorship. I am now working with Josh on multiple projects at the gym and helping to grow/produce our Co-Movement Gym podcast. I have been working with Andy for almost a year now ----and wish it were longer....I have had a year of health problems and with Andy's persistence--I have made it through the year and am feeling great. He has me doing more than I have ever done in my 13 years of gym workouts. Every session amazes me as to how much more I can do weekly.. Thanks for the great help.

Fantastic! I've been working out with Andy for more than 6 mths now and I'm already seeing results. I like the focus on movement and flexibility, and I see the benefit in every day activities. This fall, when I was doing my annual clean out, I noticed how much stronger and ready for physical exertion I was. I get less tired, have much more energy and more importantly I've not had any back problems since joining. You guys are truly fantastic. Keep doing what you're doing, and thanks for helping this guy hit some of my personal health goals. I love the atmosphere and approach Co-Movement all the way!
