Health is wealth. Concept is hands down the best fitness A-Z place to optimize your health. They are beyond accommodating but they push you. I have been injured for weeks and working out more and better than pre-injury. Go here!!!!

I started Concept Fitness a few months ago to prepare for a HYROX race, and it has turned out to be so much more than just race prep. From day one, I felt welcomed and challenged in the best way possible. The workouts are intense, smart, and constantly push me to new limits—physically and mentally.
Coach Lizzy has been a game-changer. She’s not just there to cheer you on (though she’s great at that too); she takes the time to teach proper form and technique, which has made a huge difference in both my performance and confidence. She genuinely wants to see you succeed and makes sure you have the tools and knowledge to get there.
Every class leaves me feeling accomplished, stronger, and already looking forward to the next one. Concept Fitness has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the day—and working with Coach Lizzy is a big reason why.

Absolutely love the personal touch. You don't just join Concept, you become part of the Concept family. In our specific case I truly credit the coaching, guidance and encouragement from Lizzy and Rob for making a D1 athletic scholarship a reality for my daughter. They not only molded her into a rower , they helped with the process and put her on the path. I cannot express how impressed I am with Lizzy, Rob and Concept. It is the hardest workout you will ever love! Another bonus is the view! You are on the water.
And just in case you go too hard there is a doctor who has space in the facility. Dr Carl Functional Care Rx. He is caring and a great doctor!
You can join and take unlimited individual classes, workout independently and/or join the Club Rowing and attend regattas. There is an intense Summer program I highly recommend. My teens did it and made great friends.

I’ve been doing cardio my whole life and thought I was fit. I never lifted weights, used a barbell or rowed. Two years ago I started to workout at Concept Fitness with Lizzy, Rob and Paisley. One of my favorite parts of the day is my daily workout at Concept. Lizzy is such a great coach and really pays attention to make sure my form is correct and I am trying my best. The programming is top notch and i am getting stronger and stronger every day. The community is very welcoming and I have met some of the best people at this gym who I consider life long friends now. Great workout !!! Starting this gym, I was just doing it to change up my workout. I went in there, not knowing a thing about rowing, and proper use of my body when lifting at times. Lizzie was hard on me. It’s because she has such passion for what she’s great at. Since going everyday, I feel every muscle being sore in a good way.. If you want a hard workout join this gym.

Every time I finish a class at Concept Fitness, I already can’t wait to come back. I have been training and competing for over a decade, I travel a lot for work and have been to so many gyms, but Concept Fitness will always be my home base. The commitment level of the owners is unmatched. Every single class is a work of art. So much planning goes into each workout, warmup and overall week of training. The coaches have so much talent and experience, they are able to facilitate a safe, tailored workout for athletes of all ages and skill levels. You can show up just to stay in shape or you can show up with a sport or lifestyle specific goal and these coaches will get you there. ln and out of the gym they are dedicated. I had several qualifiers that were overwhelming to me. Rob and Lizzy helped me to prepare and succeed every time. They run classes so well, all you have to do is show up and before you know it you’ve not only had an amazing workout but learned something along the way. The equipment is professionally maintained and always clean. The facility is also on the water and the views are beautiful. If the workout doesn’t motivate you, a sunrise or sunset on the water might. Lastly, the members are like family. Attending classes is like being involved in a team sport, everyone is fun, supportive and motivating. I cannot recommend Concept Fitness enough.

I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in over seven years, but Concept Fitness came highly recommended for people at any fitness level—and it did not disappoint! Lizzy and Rob are absolutely amazing. Their knowledge and guidance make every workout approachable, and they’re always ready to help with adjustments while encouraging you to push yourself in a supportive and fun way. The variety in daily classes keeps things fresh and exciting, and the incredible community they’ve built truly feels like family.

Concept Fitness provides a one of a kind fitness experience. Each class includes an array of strength training, paired with cardio. No two workouts are ever the same, and the coaches always come up with new and unique exercises. The coaches at Concept are all so kind, compassionate and caring. They want to see you find success and do well both overall in the class, and in your long term goals. I usually workout with Coaches Rob and lizzy, and they all are absolutely amazing! If you ever have a question, they are all happy to help in any way they can. I assure you, if you're looking for a killer workout, Concept is the absolute best choice you could make.

Lizzy is arguably one of the greatest coaches in the world, but inarguably one of the greatest rowers in the world, as a lightweight woman's world record holder more than 10 times over. If you want a nice, laid-back class where you can spend 30 mins with your friends on the elliptical watching TV... this class will be a massive disappointment. If you want to work hard, see huge results, be held accountable, and actually be coached and cared about... sign up for the year pass because it's the best deal and come to the 5am class. One of the best long-term choices you can make is to invest heavily in your health and Lizzy is the best investment manager around.

I've been coming to Concept Fitness for over a year and a half and highly recommend it to people at any fitness level. The coaches are amazing - they will help you make adjustments if needed and push you to make progress in a way that is supportive and fun. I used to workout at a regular gym and transitioned to Concept over a year ago. A huge difference in a great way. I take 6am classes with Liz and she is excellent with adjusting your form, motivating, and taking care of each person even in a 10-15 person class. It's the hardest I've ever worked out but also the best results I've seen. She also has a lot of patience and will help with anything you ask for. Just go.

Concept Fitness is absolutely amazing. The coaches at Concept and extremely helpful and have great knowledge of everything they do. They are all so kind, insightful and are always changing the routines to ensure you never do the same workout twice. Rob and Lizzy are truly amazing, and care so much about the people that go there. Through COVID, I have felt safe and comfortable through all circumstances. They follow strict CDC guidelines, and clean everything thoroughly after every use, and an additional deep clean extremely frequently.
