Yoga classes are great. Always feel a bit more limber after I attend class. Coreen is always open to someone making up a missed class here or there. I would highly recommend Balanced Fitness to anyone!

I attend coreens silver sneakers class and yoga and I LOVE IT!!! Great instructor..nice size classes..nice people and a joy to attend!!!
