I’ve tried all kinds of workouts, gyms, Pilates, and running but yoga was the only thing that ever really clicked with me. I never saw myself as a "CrossFit girl," and to be honest, I'm still not, but I'm having so much fun at this place that I just want to keep going. Even though I'm only in my first month, I've felt a great vibe here since day one. Thanks to coaches Maria, Fred and Hugo for being so patient and supportive with me!

I had an amazing experience at CrossFit Dynamix! As someone who’s more into weight training and not as focused on endurance or cardio, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Fred, the coach, made it all worthwhile. He was incredibly patient with me, and his coaching style was both welcoming and calm.

One of the things I really appreciated was how Fred took the time to explain the "why" behind everything. I was struggling a bit with my form on a certain exercise, and instead of getting frustrated, Fred broke it down for me step by step, showing me how my form should look and why it mattered. That level of understanding was exactly what I needed, and it made a huge difference in my technique.

Throughout the class, I was able to focus not only on building endurance but also on strengthening areas I hadn’t been targeting before. Since attending, I’ve been able to incorporate some of the workouts and techniques into my daily training, and the improvements have been significant.

The overall vibe at CrossFit Dynamix was great, and I’m definitely looking forward to returning to Fred’s Sunday morning class. It was an awesome experience that I genuinely enjoyed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to challenge themselves, learn something new, or improve their training. Thanks, Fred!

I had an amazing experience at CrossFit Dynamix! Fred, the coach, was incredibly patient with all the new athletes, taking the time to ensure we learned the correct form for every movement. Hugo is the best trainer I’ve ever had. His workouts are nothing short of amazing—carefully crafted to be both challenging and rewarding. I've been attending CrossFit Dynamix for a while now, and I find it incredibly addictive! The sense of community here is remarkable; it truly feels like a family from the moment you join. This is a great place for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and good motivators. The members are a very supportive community. The programming, individualized scaling options, and attention to technique make Dynamix special. The owner and head coach delivers what feels like a personalized workout every time you're there. I started without any prior weightlifting experience and very little exercise background, but that doesn't matter at Dynamix. Happy to continue coming in every day to workout with a community that is truly welcoming and challenges you to be the best version of you.

I love everything about Dynamix - A great community of the best coaches and members. It feels like a family - everyone is always supportive of each other and I've met some of my closest friends here. It started with a month trial and here i am 6 years later still here. Dynamix is a small community where you will meet great people and amazing coaches. Hugo, the head coach is one of the best coaches. He will help you get stronger and pushes you to limits that you never thought would be able to do. The workouts are fun and sometimes painful but hey no pain no gain :-)

I had picked up a barbell maybe three times in my life before joining CF Dynamix six months ago. It’s only been a short while but I’m already doing things and hauling weights I honestly didn’t think I would ever be able to. The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated and intuitive, and the box is filled with supportive members who cheer each other on relentlessly. Thinking about picking up weights and slinging them over your head, being upside down for a handstand, or even jumping on the rig and attempting to do pull-ups can be really intimidating, but the coaches and community at Dynamix make you believe it’s all possible.

CrossFit Dynamix is easily one of the best CrossFit gyms I've been to - everyone at the gym is super welcoming and the coaches make sure that they're checking form and you're getting the most out of your class time. They went above and beyond when I was rehabbing a shoulder surgery and helped me find scalable options that still got me sweating, even if I couldn't do the workout as written. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I’ve been coming to CrossFit Dynamix for the past four years (I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it yet!). CF Dynamix has built a great community of people who are passionate about staying fit and having fun while doing so. What makes this place truly special is the amazing coaches. Hugo, the owner, was born to coach. They are so welcoming and scale the workouts according to your skill level while also pushing you just a tad bit more with every workout to become a stronger, healthier, more resilient version of yourself. I joined CrossFit Dynamix in November 2017. At the time, I was in my mid-thirties and in pretty bad shape. I had lifted weights for a bit but then stopped for about a decade due to work. I was the typical skinny-fat guy who spent a bit too much time sitting around in an office without exercise. My cholesterol was up, and my doctor said that I had to work out or start taking medication. Given the choice, I decided on CrossFit.

Starting was extraordinarily tough. The foundations class was helpful and educational but my first real CrossFit class, well, I maybe threw up in my mouth a little. Coach Stephanie was positive and kept pushing me right up until I wasn't able to go forward anymore. I wasn't physically injured in any way but my ego felt damaged. But I like challenges and decided to stay. That was the best decision I've made in a long time.

In the year or so since I joined, I have reached the best shape of my life due to the coaching by Justin, Hugo, Maria, Ryan, and the other coaches here at Dynamix. My cardio is much better, and I've lost a lot of body fat. I wouldn't say that I'm buff by any measure but I look and feel much better. I can run further, lift heavier weights, and do harder exercises. When I went hiking up a very steep trail last year, I went up pretty quickly without struggling too much while my fellow hikers were really dying from the effort.

The community here is also very friendly. To a beginner, the Dynamix crew is a bit intimidating because they're in really good shape. However, they generally treat CrossFit as a hobby, and like most hobbyists, are more than happy to chat and help out with advice. I got comfortable asking for advice not only from the coaches but also other members, and they were always very positive. Even when I was doing poorly (at least in my own mind), they were very encouraging, and pushed me to do better.

I would encourage anyone who wants to get into better shape to try CrossFit Dynamix. However, you need to leave your ego at the door. Start with the lowest weights and scaling options. Build up your cardio, your flexibility, and your technique. It's easy to push yourself too hard on weights because everyone else seems so capable, but that's a fool's errand. It's more important to do things correctly than to rush into exercises with bad mechanics and do everything wrong.

Commit yourself to at least three months. If you join for a month and then quit because you aren't seeing any results, then you might as well throw that money away. It took me a decade to get into bad shape, and it took me a year to get into good shape. Forgive yourself, and focus on improving yourself rather than comparing yourself to others.

Be loud. If you have any injuries, then tell the coaches. If you have any concerns, ask. If you don't know how to do something, ask. In terms of advice, I would say to stay after class for more cardio because that's something you can improve relatively quickly. Also, work on your core strength because that will pay dividends on your lifts.

Bottom line is that if you are willing to commit yourself to work hard and improve yourself, CrossFit Dynamix is the best place to do it.
