ESC is outstanding. I joined a couple of years ago when my former box closed. I was used to good coaching at my old box and was not disappointed when I made the move. The coaching at ESC is simply outstanding. I've continued to set PR's as I approach 50. Lastly, the members are great. We are a family that encourages each other and celebrates each other's accomplishments.

This is an amazing gym! From the coaching which is excellent to the members! I have only been here 3 months and I feel like it's been longer due to everyone making you feel so welcome! Love it here!!

Absolutely awesome experience to be part of the CrossFit ESC Community. Other members are always helpful and encouraging. Billy, Ron, Mike, Amy, and Alex are always informative and patient! They emphasize proper form and technique! Great programming that keeps you improving and motivated!

Awesome coaches & great atmosphere! I've been there for just over a year and am very pleased with the excellent experience that I have had there! The coaches are personable and work hard to help you reach your goal! I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try, you won't regret it!!!!
