CrossFit Invasion has given me the tools to be stronger physically. And mentally has put me on a whole new level of a lifestyle making better choices to improve my overall well being.
What was at first very intimidating and “I can’t do that” has now become challenges that “I can’t wait to try!”
CrossFit Invasion’s Owner, Adam White, offers his members an environment that is community driven while keeping us informed and motivated with his fitness knowledge and support. Adam White’s expertise on lifting, pacing, proper form, endurance, and nutrition are also a huge part of the entire coaching staff.
What separates the “gym” from CrossFit Invasion is a smaller group setting with a different workout prescribed every day and can be modified to YOUR ability.
CrossFit Invasion has changed my entire life and has kept me motivated to be the best person I can be. Thank You Adam White and CrossFit Invasion! (highly recommend trying!)

I started at Crossfit Invasion almost two years ago. When I joined I was overweight and exercise was a passing thought. I knew that I had to make a change or diabetes would be a part of my near future. My brother had already started at Invasion and had so much success that I realized I needed to make the jump myself. I'm not going to lie, at the start I didn't know if I could do it. It was a lot to go from zero exercise to working out multiple times a week but I pushed through and now can't see how I can live without it. In the past two years I have lost 45 pounds and counting and I'm so proud that I actually have muscles now. The coaches are great and so are all the members, they have become a second family. I'm at the point now where I'm actually disappointed when I can't make it to the gym. If you're thinking about trying something different definitely give Crossfit Invasion a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Before I joined I was overweight and pre-diabetic with hypertension all at just under 40 years of age. Dropped 40 lb all thanks to the training and education they provide. Blood sugar and blood pressure now all normal and my body fat percentage has gone from the obese range to fitness level. Cant recommend them enough.

This is one of the best Crossfit boxes on Long Island. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive no matter what skill level you're at from advanced to beginner. The members are great and you'll feel like family. It's an awesome community!!

I've been doing Crossfit on and off for about 6yrs. I started coming to Invasion a little over a year ago, and have definitely found a permanent "home". My strength, endurance, and speed have increased tremendously since I've been training here. I am now able to do ring muscle ups and string numerous double unders together. It's definitely due to the great coaching. There is also a great community here. Always a friendly face when you walk in. Let's not forget about their kids program. We have to schedule our weekends around Crossfit Kids, because my son refuses to miss a class. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.(beginners, intermediate, and advance)

I have been a member of Crossfit Invasion for 3 years and I am a chiropractor in practice for over 16 years. I find the training and programming of Adam White to be outstanding. I personally have gotten into the best shape of my life at the age of 41, and have witnessed many others reach their fitness goals. The biggest criticism of Crossfit is that it causes injuries. However if you teach proper form and technique, not only can you lift safely, but you can also prevent injury by building muscle and improving posture. That is one of the philosophies at Crossfit Inasion. The community Adam White has created is full of helpful and motivated people, many of whom have become friends for life. This is truly a special and wonderful place to get into the best shape of your life, no matter what fitness level you are at now.

The workout space is phenomenal (I wish it was bigger sometimes), the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the coaches are talented and experienced, and are focused on helping each and every member, whether you're a seasoned athlete or a newbie like I was coming in. I've always felt that safety was a priority and never compromised. The community feel and an enthusiasm to this place is second to none. I love the fact there is a 9pm class!

This is one of the best CrossFit boxes I've ever been to. Great service. Great programming. Great athletes. Great facility. I could keep going on and on. If you're a beginner, there are so many ways that this program can help get you started.

Adrienne is the sweetest trainer ever!
Brendan has helped me step up my game!

This place is amazing!

I had no fitness experience and did not work out at all prior to joining CrossFit Invasion. After having two kids and constantly hurting my back every time I lifted one of them I finally made the decision to get stronger. I find most gyms intimidating but given CrossFit Invasions proximity to my house I figured I would give it a try and see how it went. It was the best decision I ever made! From my first WOD, everyone has been super supportive and encouraging. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and help you scale the workouts based on your fitness level. This is great as it helps you build confidence and get a good workout no matter what. I even got my husband to join and he was able to lower his cholesterol significantly after a few months.

If you are looking for an energetic, supportive environment to start getting stronger and healthier walk into CrossFit Invasion, you won't regret it. This place is one of a kind...just awesome!

Adam, David, Chris, Sean... all these guys (and the girls) that coach here know their stuff. I love how mobility and flexibility is highlighted here. I love how we have "Wodify" to help track our progress and keep everything organized. So many good things!

I have never been an athletic type, and have struggled with my weight for as long as I remember. I have tried different programs over the years, from karate, boot camp, gym memberships, and even personal training, and while each would provide results, they never engaged me enough to "stick to it". I would last perhaps a month or so (at best) before my interest and dedication would wane, I would start cancelling sessions, and eventually disappear into the crowd and stop going all together. Any weight loss or muscle gain would quickly evaporate almost as quickly as my attention span and instead of taking responsibility for my dedication, just excused it as "I'm just not an athletic person".

I had been doing Crossfit for over a year when I came to Invasion because they offered classes my other box did not, like Endurance, Core Conditioning, Rowing, etc... I was welcomed in by both the coaches and the members who were working out. I was immediately made to feel welcome, and the way they all encouraged me made me feel as if I had been there for years. The coaches showed me how to stretch and improve my flexibility and range of motion. They showed me how to modify and scale workouts so I could still do difficult workouts while maintaining proper form. Although I was still a member at the other box, any gains and improvements I was making was due to the instructions and techniques I was learning at Crossfit Invasion. Soon it became obvious that Crossfit Invasion was where I belonged, and I switched to full time membership with them, and eventually enrolled my entire family with them as well.

Adam White is the owner of Invasion. His knowledge of movements, techniques, mobility/flexibility, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition (just to name a few things) are impressive. He has a "bag of tricks" to help anything you may have a question with. Adam will watch you do a movement and immediately be able to provide an analysis of where you may need guidance, but also specific techniques to help improve the issue almost immediately. I have been on the receiving end of his instruction many times, and the benefits and gains, in many cases, are immediate, which is very motivating and exciting. He truly cares about his members and their overall fitness and conditioning. He watches everyone like a hawk, which is a good thing.

It is evident that Adam expects the same commitment from his team as well. The administrative staff (Hi AnneMarie!!!) is phenomenal at helping get you into the swing of things in an encouraging, yet non-pushy way. They are outstanding and helpful beyond measure! The entire coaching staff at Crossfit Invasion is focused on the members, assuring that proper form and technique are taught and established. Weights/reps are not increased until the form is perfect. If your form is not spot on, you will not get the gains you are capable of, but worse yet, you are opening yourself up to injury. Why set a PR for a lift or workout, when afterwards you are sidelined with an injury for a few weeks or more? Unfortunately, this is all too prevalent in Crossfit, is a big reason for the bad press, but is something Crossfit Invasion actively addresses, absolutely enforces, and their members benefit from in both better fitness and improved safety. At Crossfit Invasion, It's not about how much you do, it's about how you do it.

A review of Invasion would not be complete without a shout out to the members there. They are the most welcoming, caring, encouraging, supporting, and outgoing people you will meet. When you have a great coach AND a class full of members who support and encourage each other like they do at Invasion, it becomes more than just a workout. It is a social experience that has you walk away feeling not only great about your workout, but really fortunate that you had the opportunity to spend time with such truly special people. It is one of the few activities where I look forward to the social interaction as much as I look forward to the class itself, and a big reason I have stayed with it for over two years now.

Always late to the party - when I signed up for an assessment at Crossfit Invasion, not only did I have no idea what Crossfit was, I was terrified and embarrassed. As I started their "basic" introductory sessions the coaches patiently taught proper basic form, modifications if necessary, and encouraged me throughout the learning process. The transition to the group classes was made easy by friendly coaches and members who were excited to encourage me. The coaches exemplify passion, professionalism, knowledge, and have a sincere vested interest in the progression of each member's strength, endurance, and goals. Not only do they offer coached fitness classes, but also offer regular specialty classes not offered at most Crossfit gyms such as Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Mobility, Core Control & Gymnastics, and Nutrition, AND they are always on the lookout to bring guest coaches in for seminars to enhance not only their knowledge but the members as well. They invest in top-of-the-line equipment, and members could not be happier when we see the new additions. Members and coaches participate in events together to build team spirit and reinforce the "fun factor". In the past year and half not only have I become "fitter" but I have gained a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and overall well-being. You will not find another Crossfit gym with more knowledgeable coaches (seriously, they have a ton of certifications and years of successful coaching experience) or a friendlier group of members. If you are new to Crossfit or looking to join a different Crossfit gym...even if you are disillusioned with Crossfit.....Crossfit Invasion is the only gym where you will find a well-rounded program and the opportunity to excel far beyond your personal goals.
