We cater to everyones needs — from beginners to elite athletes — providing you everything you need to achieve your desired level of fitness.
Our small class sizes allow you to get 1:1 focus each time and our programming focuses on a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, all the while with a whole lot of fun. We offer kid & teen programs, nutritional counseling, monthly social events, and so much more!

I instantly felt like I belonged when I dropped in at Crossfit MidHudson. Tracey's and all of the members' energy is truly magnetic. The workouts were challenging and fun. Crossfit MidHudson has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere - great for anyone wanting to improve themselves all around! I can't wait to go back!

From the moment I walked in a year ago I felt welcomed and supported by the amazing coaches and the tight-knit community. This isn’t just a place to work out; it’s a place where you grow, both physically and mentally.
The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. They take the time to ensure proper form, tailor workouts to your level, and push you to achieve goals you didn’t think were possible.

I dropped into MidHuson to do an open gym drop-in and was greeted by Tracey who was awesome. Dropping in for open gym for me has historically been hit or miss but this place was GREAT. My session carried into their 9 AM class but Tracey was so welcoming to me and told me to stay. I got to see her amazing community at work. Would highly recommend and would love to come back if I’m in the area!

We were in Poughkeepsie for a wedding and dropped into CrossFit Mid Hudson. Tracy was an awesome coach and super welcoming. The gym is great. They have a beautiful trail behind the gym. The programming was fun and the people in class were great!

I’ve been an athlete at CFMH for about a year now and it has truly been life changing in so many wonderful ways! The owner Tracey is hands down the most selfless & motivational person who I’ve had the pleasure to get to know & learn from! The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to scaling movements and ensuring safety at all times. Whether you are an elite athlete or someone starting to workout for the first time, this gym is the place to go! It’s the best hour of my day and I always feel better & stronger when I leave!

I have been wanting to try out CrossFit for many years but truly felt too intimidated and nervous to take the leap. Tracey encouraged me to join and promised that I would be ok. I just started this month but I have been more than ok. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming, helpful and willing to take the time to show the ropes. I feel like I am getting proper instruction and guidance on how to safely begin my journey back into weight lifting and fitness via CrossFit. I am in it for the long haul, very impressed and highly recommend this gym.

This is such a fantastic CrossFit gym and it is all due to the owner, Tracey. She is an incredible role model in both fitness and leadership. I really never enjoyed working out until I came here. Tracey is so motivating, she makes every person feel like they are the most important in the room; she's flexible, kind, and takes all of her different roles at her gym seriously. Whether you come here to become an avid CrossFitter, or you need a personal coach to tailor your own workout routine, or anything in between, this is THE place to go. You will not be disappointed!

One of my favorite boxes so far. I was looking for a box to drop in for the month I would be in poughkeepsie and Tracey the owner and one of the coaches made it so easy for me to stop in. My original plan was to try the three local boxes and choose but once I tried it I loved it. All the coaches Josh, kris, George and bri were amazing. Their programming and the knowledge they have ensure you a safe learning environment. Classes are challenging and fun equipment readily available and the gym is SO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED! Absolutely love them! The community here is also so friendly and welcoming! Great mix of ages and levels of experience.

If I could give higher stars I would. Prior to joining I was one of those people who were terrified of doing CrossFit, I joined 8 months ago and my only regret was not trying it sooner. I love having a different work out each class which makes things fun and exciting. Everyone is so friendly, encouraging and so welcoming. I never feel like I need to compete with anyone other than myself. It's also totally okay if you need to modify any of the workouts to cater to your specific needs, especially if you suffer from any previous injuries. Tracey is also an amazing coach/owner/hype-woman and so are the rest of the coaches. If you ever thought about trying CrossFit but are afraid/nervous, please just try it!

So happy that my sisters encouraged me to join CrossFit. It has changed my life! I joined in October 2022 and I feel more confident, strong, and accomplished after every workout. I’m encouraged to perform movements i didn’t think i was capable of and amazed to see the results. Thank you to all the coaches, but especially Tracey! CrossFit midhudson is hands down the best gym in the Hudson Valley! I started coming here about 3 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! It’s such a positive place and everyone feels like family. The coaches are amazing they guide and give you the push you need! As a person who loves to stay active and has always had a gym to go to, this is hands down one of the best gyms I have ever signed up for. It is "the" gym. The workouts are great but it is the atmosphere, coaches, and hardworking individuals that show up every day that keep me motivated to work harder. If you're looking for a gym with a coach (Tracey) and coaches who really want the best for you, THIS IS THE PLACE. Try it. I'm sure you'll become addicted.

I tried the free class with no expectations to continue but I kinda loved it ..a lot. I started my membership and some months later I lost someone very close to me. The gym became a place to focus on what was in front of me. It allowed me to clear my mind, feel how capable I was and greater understand the process of growth. It became a source of ongoing support and community, something I couldn’t have asked for at the time.
This is a place where your accomplishments are celebrated and your loses are met with care and attention. And the driver of this group of exercise enthusiasts is Tracy. Tracy’s love for this space and the people in it reflects in everything CrossFit MidHudson has to offer. The classes are structured but the interactions are easy going. The instructors encourage your progress but respect your boundaries. I used to get so nervous going to the gym because.. it’s hard. But I moved at a pace that aligned with my ability and interest and it has been so very rewarding.
Y’all gotta try this gym. 10/10.

This place deserves all the stars! It is more than just a gym, its a second home for me. No matter what kind of stress life can bring, I know that by simply showing up here, I will leave a better person than who I was when I walked in the door.
The owner, Tracey, is so accommodating and truly goes above and beyond with her athlete's best interest's at heart. The coaches and the members make me a better version of myself. The varied and accessible programming, the knowledgeable and supportive coaches, the welcoming community have been a few reasons why I’ve called this place home for 6 years. I have been doing CrossFit for over 10 years. This was when I discovered CrossFit 13 years ago and although I moved away 3 years later, I've never missed the opportunity to drop in when I'm visiting. The community is awesome here, so welcoming and encouraging. Liberti is an excellent coach (I haven't trained under the other current coaches but will update my review after my Christmas visit)
If you're local, definitely consider CFMH. If you're visiting, absolutely drop in. It's winter now but this place has a unique feature in that it is on the Hudson valley trail trail which is great when there is running, shuttle runs, long carries, etc. Love CFMH

Joining CrossFit MidHudson was one of the best decisions I ever made. My life has changed for the better and I have the community at CFMH to thank. I feel supported, encouraged, validated, and completely comfortable testing the limits of my fitness. If you are interested in trying CrossFit but are intimidated, come check out CrossFit MidHudson. This is probably one of my most honest reviews after being at numerous boxes in the Hudson Valley area. If you are new to crossfit or working out and want to set goals, this is probably the one place to be. Alot of other crossfit gyms pride them selves on how heavy you can lift or endurance but this gym has something for everyone for every level. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a place to start. Why do it alone

Crossfit MidHudson has exceeded all expectations I had when initially signing up. My primary goals were to become a better athlete and lose weight which were both achieved through quality training and continuous support by the knowledgeable and experienced trainers and my fellow members. However, it was not anticipated the number of friends and overall quality people I would have the privielege of interacting with along the way. If someone were to ask me whether or not I would recommend Crossfit I would tell them absolutely because the workouts are thorough and difficult but also modifiable to fit the needs of all athletes regardless of skill set; and if asked why I would recommenend CFMH over another box I would tell them because you’d be joining a workout family and will be supported and guided by well experienced, extremely knowledgeable trainers who have your best intentions in mind.

Every week I travel to different cities for business. During those trips I visit a local CrossFit Affiliate. This week I visited CrossFit MidHudson for a WOD.
Upon entering Coach Tracey welcomed me to their facility and introduced me to everyone. I felt at home right away. Everyone introduce themselves and were very supportive during the workout.
Coach Tracey is a good fundamental and positive coach.

I adore this place. The people truly do make the place and these coaches are more concerned about proper form than the number of reps on the board. When I told friends I had joined Crossfit, most of them rolled their eyes and said I would get hurt. I have never felt safer, stronger, and more comfortable in any workout setting than at CFMH.

Crossfit MidHudson offers a one of a kind training experience in a community based atmosphere. Membership allows you access to a ton of functional equipment including: barbells, kettle bells, echo rings, and ropes; all housed within a massive space to use it. There are classes from 5:30AM-6:30PM during which one on one coaching is available to ensure proper use of equipment and improve technique. The box welcomes all training levels, regardless of your goals or athletic background. The programming is progressive and designed to improve athletic performance. The members are all super welcoming and inspiring, which makes for a great training experience.
