CrossFit Pawling is a functional fitness gym offering group workouts and private training for all fitness levels and goals. Our professional team of coaches are experts at getting you the best workout for your needs and in a safe and supportive environment. No matter if you are a seasoned athlete who is looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, or just starting out on your fitness journey, our coaches and support staff make sure you are able to participate in every workout and push yourself to your safest limits all while having fun. You will also find a community of like-minded people to support you within our walls in the other members you meet.

I’ve been doing small group training at CrossFit Pawling with Dana from 30 weeks pregnant through my 37th week and we’re still going strong! Dana keeps things challenging but also tailors everything to our individual needs. This has been the best thing for me in my third trimester because it’s allowed me to stay active, accountable and feel like I’m taking care of myself and my baby. Dana is an awesome coach and checks in with me constantly to make sure I’m comfortable and is very knowledgeable and encouraging. Would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for tailored workouts that help you achieve your goals.

CrossFit Pawling is the ultimate CrossFit box, and more. I literally take CrossFit all over the world, so I know what a good thing I have at home. The coaches (like my coach Chris!) are very impressive, but more than their physical skill they really care about you and where you are on your journey. They have everything from elite athletes to aging lawyers like me. They make us all feel welcome and ensure we are progressing from where we are to where we want to be. And, with things like specialized coaching (as I do with the amazing Chris) to nutrition counseling to sauna sessions to running and hiking camps to carefully curated supplements, CFP is truly a holistic wellness center. A great asset for this area!!

Joining CrossFit Pawling was the best decision I ever made! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Every workout is designed to be modified for any fitness level, and you always feel like you’re in good hands, and you are!

Keith and Dana have created such a welcoming, family-like environment. Everyone is there to cheer you on and support you through your fitness journey.

I’ve also been working with Dana on my nutrition. I was hesitant at first because I hate the idea of cutting things out of my diet, but Dana created a personalized plan that fits my lifestyle. It’s been easy to stick with, and I still get to enjoy the things I love. It also helps to have someone hold you accountable and Dana is great at checking in week to week to see how you are feeling and what is or isn't working for you. Since working with Dana, I’ve seen a real improvement in my performance at the gym—I feel stronger, more energized, and more confident. Highly recommend!

Safe, effective and encouraging coaching can be found at this excellent Crossfit gym. As a middle-aged woman trying to rebuild strength after illness, I understand a gym like this - that may seem focused on only heavy lifting for experts - can be intimidating. Over a year ago I had my first training session with Coach Dave and there was so much I couldn’t do and didn’t think I would ever be able to do! With constant encouragement at every turn from Coach Dave, Lena and Chris I can safely say CrossFit Pawling is now like a second home. The camaraderie that naturally happens when so many people at different levels of fitness are all in one room together is amazing. The energy, the fun and the constant learning what your body is capable of even after a year always feels ‘new’! There are so many different avenues to choose from in terms of Personal Training and Coaching, Bootcamp and the Over 55 club. This has been a lifestyle change for me for the better and would encourage anyone not sure of what their fitness journey looks like to come on down to CrossFit Pawling and join the fun!

I have been w CFP for two years now I am of senior citizen age, now 75. and never thought in a million years I could succeed at any gym. Tried before even w a personal trainer but found it boring and I just didn’t have any guidance. Every time my husband came home from CFP he was always happy and felt good about his successes so one day I got in my car and signed up. Thanks to Lena who gave me alot of personal attention and encouragement I started to feel more and more at ease. I absolutely love her. She is the one who showed me that it didn’t matter how much I could lift or how many times I could do certain moves. It was all about doing my best and moving! Now my coach is Chris and again he gives me so much personal attention. They both have the patience of saints. Both of them have shown me how to adjust and work around my limitations and made me feel that whatever I could do was a great success! Can you imagine a coach adjusting the jump rope to my height (short!) and taping my name on it so it would be ready for me every time?!! Made me feel special! Dave was also great in his help and support esp at the start. I have to add that the other members have also been so kind and supportive even though they are half my age. It’s great to be around them. I just can’t say enough about my positive experience at CrossFit Pawling! I would encourage anyone to give it a try. By the way the owners are also awesome.they are a young couple w small children so that other moms and dads w kids feel comfortable bringing their kids in so they can work out. I love that. Awesome place awesome coaches.

So I joined CrossFit Pawling after 3 joint replacements at age 67 having never lifted weights before. Keith challenged me to keep in mind my functional fitness. After 7 months had to quit due back pain related to spinal stenosis diagnosis - 8 months of recovery and I jumped back in May 2023, now 2 years later I’ve attained a level of fitness and strength that I couldn’t have dreamed of. At 70 I’m stronger, healthier and happier than ever in my life. I owe it all to the tremendous coaching at CrossFit Pawling and their commitment to giving every athlete, no matter age, skill level or experience the opportunity to develop themselves at their own pace. That combined with the amazing customer service delivery from Keith and his team, the positive team experience that comes from the joy of having fun with fellow athletes makes CrossFit Pawling the greatest CrossFit experience that anyone could want. I have no doubt that in 10 years at 80 I’ll be active, healthy and strong and having fun with my friends at workmates at CF Pawling.
Oh, and it’s a family friendly gym which my wife who’s also doing CrossFit feels is extra special seeing kids watching moms and dads working out. The whole vibe is warm, personal, supportive and something I look forward to 3x weekly

Have never been a gym person but CrossFit Pawling has changed my mindset and has made going to the gym very enjoyable. I have worked one on one with Lena for about a year and she is extremely thorough, motivating and has given me confidence in my fitness level I never thought I had. Hi I am a 74 year young woman who is reinventing herself. I used to hike and climb when I was younger. I got lost in life and woke up 1 morning and said I am not going down without a good fight. I saw an advertisement on line for CrossFit. My son belonged and I loved watching. So I made an appointment for an interview with Dave. He walked me through the process and there was no pressure to join. He went over everything with me. Showed me around and I signed up. As Dave explained they are a family unit there. I have to say I am so happy I joined. Dave introduced me to Lena as my trainer. She is more like a sister and she watches out for me. We started out slow and have been working up. If you want to change, reinvent yourself CrossFit is the place to start. Family is great to work with. Summer is going to be fantastic this year. The feeling I get when I leave is just the greatest. I joined CrossFit Pawling a year ago with a specific goal in mind and with the help of the awesome coaches there, I achieved that goal and more! I was honestly a little hesitant at first, because I thought it might be one of those “CrossFit Gyms”, but I was wrong and very much surprised and happy I joined. The one on one training is great and the group class are a lot of fun. The coaches take the time to work with you and make sure you’re doing things right. There is a very welcoming, laid back and pressure free environment there, as well as a very welcoming community. Great Gym!!

I race OCR and I found this place very supportive. All coaches are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and very helpful if I need to modify my workouts . I love this place because coaches are giving personal attention to each member and they are helping people to reach their goal.

Found Crossfit Pawling after trying a class with a friend. My husband and I started back in 2017 and here we are 7+ years later. Since then my son has done CrossFit kids and personal training sessions. We never saw him work harder. All the strength training was new for me and has done wonders! Love this team. Really supportive coaches create the supportive community that Cross Fit is supposed to have. They're also highly knowledgeable. I just started and I have to say, I am blown away. I think when people hear "CrossFit" they immediately associate it with jock-type individuals and incredibly intense workouts. That is so far from the truth! Now, don't get me wrong, the workouts will feel like a genuine workout, but they're doable, even for someone who has never worked out a day in their life. The coaches will modify the exercises for you if you're struggling with one type of workout; this allows you to feel no pressure and to be able to get the best workout for you. I have always been a gym person. I would go to the gym, do 30-45 minutes of cardio and then do some simple weights. The time would drag on and I wouldn't see real results; after awhile I would lose interest and wouldn't consistently go. At CrossFit Pawling, I am always amazed how fast the time goes. I actually ENJOY going and can see myself doing this for a very long time. I absolutely love the diversity of the groups; the ranges of fitness is inspiring but we all work together and encourage one another; doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey, everyone makes you feel welcomed and uplifted. The coaches will always show you how to complete the workout; you do NOT need to go into knowing how to do certain maneuvers. I started this as a mom of two at 34 years old (just had a baby 3 months ago) and not a very fit person. If I can do it, anyone can. So, if you're scared/uncertain about joining because of the "CrossFit" stigma, don't be! It is one of the most welcoming communities and you will never feel embarrassed or pressured to do anything you're uncomfortable with. I am so happy I took the plunge into joining!

This place is amazing and changed everything I thought I knew about fitness. It is a very clean and well maintained facility. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Whether you are in a private session or a group class, you are still getting the trainers full attention. They will motivate you to continually raise the bar for yourself. The folks that make up the group classes are very welcoming and inspiring. Health is promoted in every possible way via nutritional counseling as well as many other public community educational lectures held at their facility. CrossFit Pawling isn’t simply a gym where you go to workout but more so it’s a place where you are trained and taught a methodology benefiting a “whole self betterment“ with modifications for any individuals level of fitness or capabilities.
