I’ve been training with coach Phil for over 4 years and there is no place I’d rather be when I’m working out. He really works with each of his clients to meet their personal needs even when it’s a group workout. Through the pandemic he accommodated his clients the best way he could to make it work. I was truly impressed by how he kept everything together. Even post surgeries I had, he made the workouts fit whatever my body was going through. Whether it’s just a workout for you, or you’re looking to do it with a friend or your children I would recommend his studio and classes to everyone.

Phil’s CrossFit POP classes are challenging and always so much fun. Phil is an amazing coach. He's kind and patient and the other CrossFit POP team members are warm and welcoming. Box jumps, skipping, weights, planks and other strength work are great for runners who want to improve their power and strength. You’ll come out feeling amazing and you’ll want to keep going back!

I enthusiastically recommend Phil at CrossFitPOP as a personal trainer. As an 83 year old man I find Phil's workouts to be challenging but very appropriate focused on strengthening my core, aiding my balance and helping me stay fit. He treats me like a real unique person and not like one of many peas in a pod.

I highly recommended CrossFitPOP to EVERYONE! I was brand new to CrossFit about 4 years ago, and was very intimidated by the thought of CrossFit. However, as soon as I walked into POP, the coaches made me feel that I belonged. Every workout is tailored to fit every person in the class, no matter your experience or comfort level. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been coming for years, we each get the same take away from class- an amazing workout that makes you feel stronger mentally and physically. The coaches take away all the guess work about working out. The workouts are all programmed and well thought out, making it very effective and allows you to reach your goals. I truly always look forward to going to class!

I remember when I first began Crossfit Pop I was so out of shape I couldn't even do 1 push-up. Last night I did 90 push-ups that were programmed into our latest workout.
If you wanna get in shape, meet new people who help you get motived in a friendly class atmosphere, Crossfit Pop is your place. Coach Phil is always changing the workout routine to keep things new and interesting. If theirs a movement you haven't mastered yet he will modify it to fit your ability.
So if wanna get into shape & your tired of donating your money to those gyms where you walk around with your headphones on and can’t get motivated I'd highly recommend giving Crossfit Pop a shot.

CrossFit Pop is an amazing gym. I started with personal training becuase I thought I could never be at the same level as the group classes. Coach Phil showed me all the workouts and kept encouraging me. I realized you do not need to be “at the same level” as everyone else. The group classes are fun and we all work at our own speed encouraging one another. Highly recommend this gym!

This is a fantastic gym. My boys took classes before Covid and I joined this spring. Coach Phil is knowledgeable and patient. He'll challenge you or offer modifications, whatever you need. The other members are also welcoming and friendly.

Long overdue review on a snow day:
Tiring of my workout regimen at the time I took the plunge on a Groupon offer for personal training sessions at Crossfit POP. Honestly one of the best decisions I've made in the past two years. Signed up for classes soon after.
The coaches are cool, patient and knowledgeable. Their programing is excellent. Their workouts are fun and if you put in the work, you will see the results. More important than that, the amount of work is appropriate to stimulate growth, but without putting yourself at risk of injury. I've seen workouts elsewhere that are, in my opinion, gratuitous in their construction and seemingly asking for issues.
So definitely a five stars cause they rock.

I did a month of unlimited CrossFit here and had the best experience. I unfortunately could not continue because I moved, but if I was still in the area I would definitely keep going. Not only are all the trainers super friendly, understanding, and motivating, the other members are just the same. It really has a tight-knit community vibe, and all that everyone ever does in there is life you up and motivate you. Plus the workouts are killer! I am pretty athletic, but have never been as in shape as that month of crossfit. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my third month doing crossfit. It has been an amazing experience so far. Bobby, Nick and Phil are great trainers with their own individual styles. They spend a significant amount of time explaining and demonstrating movements before we begin our workouts. Crossfit is mentally and physically challenging. No two workouts are alike. Everyone is able to work at their own pace or scale down weights according to ability and strength. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level.

Decided to try this box out after moving back home from college & I regret nothing! This has been my favorite gym, the coaches are great and knowledgeable. The environment is warm and friendly and feels like one big family. And there are dogs! I recommend everyone come in and try it out.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Literally the best place on earth. Changed my life. Plus, the coaches know what they're talking about and are very conscious of keeping everyone safe, which is important for Crossfit, as not all places prioritize the fundamentals. Best gym/exercise/fitness experience I've ever had. As an on-again, off-again gym goer, it has been hard to stay motivated to work out. Crossfit has changed that. Testing out Crossfit Pop during a trial week was one of the best fitness decisions I had made, and I knew right away I came to the right place. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable, non-judgmental, and eager to help you reach your goals. They take the time to get to know you right away and have cultivated a fun and encouraging gym to make your own. They encourage you to do your best and will challenge you, even when you don't think you can do one more rep or finish the workout. (Spoiler: You always can ;-) )
The classes are varied daily, so you're not stuck in the same routine, and your body is constantly challenged. The classes are small, so you are able to get individual attention and support, while being supported by other gym-goers. What truly sets Crossfit Pop apart is the community-- athletes from all levels of fitness can enjoy the gym and everyone is friendly and supportive. You will naturally feel like a regular after attending a few classes, because you are treated as family. It's really special.
A+ gym. I encourage everyone, no matter what fitness level, to take a class and *try* not to get addicted.
