Avoid this company at all costs they do not standby what they tell you. They are misleading with their contracts, then dismissive and send you to some "cooperate service" for any type of issues. There staff has no problem lying to you about what you are signing up for. Then when you try to get refunds for fees and services you were never told would be reoccurring they don't care about what was told you to at the time of sign up. Only the large contract you signed(which you are not shown btw) I'm not happy with how this gym has treated my spouse and wouldn't recommend anyone deal with them ever.

Laid back and usually not jam packed with members in the morning. They have a separate room for women only. The place is kept nice and clean. Staff is there if need assistance. A huge variety of weights, machines and classes.they have a private sauna room located in the women’s locker room, tanning and massage rooms.

I initially joined Crunch in Poinciana, Florida, where I experienced a clean environment, well-maintained facilities, and commendable trainers along with excellent customer service and equipment. After returning to New York, I decided to try the Hamburg location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

While the Hamburg location offers the advantage of minimal wait times for gym equipment, other aspects are lacking. For instance, the equipment is so outdated or broken. Looks like equipment from the early 90’s. The tanning room's cleanliness was concerning; it would take approximately ten minutes to address the significant mess, which appeared to be tanning lotion splattered on the walls and floor. ( at least that’s what I hope it was) Additionally, trash accumulation suggested that it had not been changed in days, despite my visit occurring at 9 a.m. It was almost full.

Furthermore, the fan ventilation system, designed to provide clean air during tanning sessions, was ineffective in the antiquated tanning booth, as the circulated air was stale, with dust and debris visibly caked into the screen. In light of these experiences, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership and do not intend to return to this location in the future. This experience was truly disappointing.

I like this gym. Sauna is nice. I really like the different machines. One negative is there's no water fountain in the locker room. If you want to sip your pre-workout in the sauna you would need to leave the locker room and comeback. But overall nice and clean gym.

I've been going here for 9 months 2-4 times a week and it's been great. They replaced some cardio equipment a few months ago, staff is friendly (recently had a problem and they addressed it), and it's a great value. It's usually pretty busy when I go after work but it's big enough where it's not a problem.

Equipments constantly broken and takes forever to fix. Theres a leg extension thats been unusable to most people and all it takes is a $5 y-pin to fix it, but since people still use it they dont feel the need to repair it. Poor maintenance that will eventually result in someone getting hurt even though they know the issues with their machines

maintenance dude has absolutely no mechanical ability at all. im guessing he BSed his way to the job. every pc of equipment has basic mechanics that can be easily repaired when you have the knowledge. more and more out of order signs are popping up. bench seats losing bolts. leaving them lose and unsafe. all equipment should be inspected on a weekly bases. its a simple job if you know what you are doing. he is clueless. time to hire someone who can do the job.

I have been a member almost 10 years. During the last several months there has been a decline. Equipment broken for almost a year. I enjoy the women's section. However, staff and patrons are removing Equipment and not returning it. Today there was not one bench and half the weights were missing. A patron was angry and vented on a staffmember. Staff ignores this. In the past they used to check the facilities and now, they are on their phones or talking. There were repairs on Equipment done regularly. I have seen a repairman once this past year.

Called to cancel a membership that my daughter initiated when she lived at home. Had been getting repeated charges for over a year. Was told to email manager to cancel membership. Did that and then was given a BS line that all charges within thirty days would still be charged. Happy to pay for something that we use but this is a joke. Nice gym, reasonably priced. I’d have to agree with the comments that the women’s locker room can be pretty disgusting at times. I really enjoy the classes, however I think that 45 minute classes on the hour (with a 15 minute break before the next class) would be much more effective. Because honestly, when there are four 30 minute classes back to back, that leaves people SECONDS to join in and get their mat/necessary equipment...all while people are filing out and cleaning their equipment/leaving. Sometimes the instructors won’t even open the door to let people know the class has ended and the next class is beginning...no clock outside of the studio. It’s just chaotic!

Lots of equipment not alot of traffic. There are wipes around the facility to help you keep things clean... but not everyone uses them, so make sure to keep them handy. Want to step it up a notch and smash some goals? See dan. Hes laid back but will work you out until you collapse on the floor. Then grab a smoothie on the way out. Its worth it! Went to join the gym and got zero help. I walked in asked if I could look around first, the kid said no problem and just pointed. So no tour and had no clue where I was going. The staff is rude. They stand around flirting with each other, and are unprofessional. There was a problem with my account, I swipe my card every time I come into the gym, yet no one let me know there was a problem. Months went by then finally one of the girls at the front desk said something to me, I had to pay $200 and they wouldn’t take late fees off. This has happened many times. They don’t send emails if there is a problem with my account no phone call, nothing. I had one of the girls tell me “it’s not our job to notify customers of problems with their accounts.” They are just plain rude. I have had a few unpleasant encounters with the staff, one of the girls snatched my key chain out of my hand bc my card wouldn’t scan. Crunch fitness sucks balllllls

Love this place. Really nice people behind the desk, always clean, they have a stand up or bed for tanning, hydromassage chair and a ton of free classes and child care for free with membership. I pay $30 a month and get 1 tanning visit for 10 min per day, one 10 min massage chair visit per day, free child care for 2 children, thou theyve watched 3 of my 4 when i was in a jam, and a ton of free classes that i can bring a friend to for free. Also can bring a friend for free to work out whenever i want, not just special days or hours.

I have had my membership for about a year now...I have mentioned to staff on MULTIPLE occasions that the hot water in the women’s locker room has NOT worked since starting my membership.. I have been told each time “ I’ll leave a note for our maintenance to fix it” or “we’ll have that fixed by tomorrow” but it still has yet to be fixed... VERY disappointed. They try to scam you out of money whatever way they can. Charge you without your knowledge if your credit card changes (i.e. it expires after two years and you get a new card) with no phone call/text/email/mail as a warning, then put your account into collections with no notification. So outside of the outrageous monthly membership fee for "being out of contract" I was being charged unbeknownst to my knowledge. I didn't really enjoy the 100 questions when canceling after explaining that my work has a gym that is free. Since Crunch took over they splattered some paint on the wall and put up signage. However half the equipment doesn't function correctly if at all. They have a sign on the door that says, "No Judgement". I am sorry but I am judging.
