I have been going to Crystal heart yoga regularly for a few months and I plan to continue to go forever. I like that they have power and restorative yoga. There are in studio and virtual options. I am walking taller, stronger and more confident after taking yoga classes at Crystal Heart Yoga. The studio itself provides a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is quiet, clean and well equipped. Elizabeth, the owner and instructor, is welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all forms of yoga. If you’ve wanted to give yoga a try or if you are a long time practitioner, treat yourself to her very generous introductory offer. You are worth it! You will be glad that you did!

Elizabeth does an excellent job leading her classes - she's the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. You'll enjoy her classes whether you are experienced or just starting out. Her studio is also a great facility and conveniently located. Whether you live here or are visiting stop in and enjoy her class offerings. She has flexible ways to sign up to work with your schedule and drop ins are always welcome too. You'll really enjoy her classes - Go!

Elizabeth is a caring and knowledgeable yoga instructor. Her classes are well organized, challenging but never overwhelming. Options are given and every student’s needs considered. Her new studio is open and airy and has parking available. (Sort of a big deal in Corning.) Mats and props are available if you don’t have your own. I always feel stronger and calmer after class. Five stars!
