I trained at this place and I loved it! The equipment is fantastic, always clean, they always play good music. The employees are extremely helpful and supportive. I trained with Amado who is as knowledgeable as it gets, and he taught me so much about working out correctly, how to prepare, recover, and perform like an athlete, and how to structure a workout. Rick was very encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive as well. He mustve answered a billion different questions from me about dieting and conditioning. He also gave me a great first impression of the place and was a big factor in me signing up. Great experience overall.

Love love love D1 Training. Classes are intense but so much fun. Great chance for my 10 year old and I to stay focused on our health and fitness journey together. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to learn about each member and their individual goals, needs and capabilities. They challenge you to meet and exceed your goals.

D1 has been amazing for my 10 year old. He began with a free trial class with the Rookie group and immediately wanted to stay. For an ex-“iPad kid” this class provides the motivation he needed to get active again. We love how the classes are paced and led by the incredible coaches. My son begs to come work out! This is a great structured program that targets the kids overall athletic functionality and encourages social emotional growth through team work.

Outstanding Experience at this youth training facility !
I couldn’t be happier with our experience at D1 training.at Ridgehill location.The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping kids reach their full potential.
The training program is well-structured and tailored to different skill levels, so every child feels challenged but supported. The facility itself is clean, safe, and equipped with excellent space for all kinds of drills.
I love the positive environment. My grandson looks forward to coming here and being challenged. The staff emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship, which has made a huge difference in my grandsons confidence.
Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their kids can grow as athletes and people!
