Online streaming went down for a month. I was told I would be receiving credits for the lack of access. I never received an email about the credits and when I inquired, I was told an email was sent out a month earlier and that the credits already expired.

The quality of classes has significantly decreased. Low energy and repetitive. The client service is pretty poor. And whatever you do, don't pay extra for the monthly challenges (like around New Year's). Waste of money, and I'm not alone in saying this.

One of my favorite things about coming here is they treated me so well as a new client - the person who checked me in
was really friendly and welcoming, and the instructor introduced themselves before and checked in with me after. They even remembered my name when I came back. This all made me feel super welcome. You will definitely sweat a lot with their workouts, but in a really satisfying way. The choreography is just at the top of what I’m capable of, so expect some intricacy - this ain’t your mom’s Zumba class. Overall would recommend this place to anyone looking for some fun cardio.

The staff are very welcoming and the space is very cute and clean. The classes are good for beginners, but not great as sometimes the instructor goes too fast. I would highly recommend to people who want to work up a sweat in a welcoming environment.

Just had my first class. I’m pretty bad at following directions in gym classes but I found it enjoyable at Dance Body. Loved it. No need think just follow your body movement listening to fun music. Felt so refreshed and energized. Definitely recommend !

Dancebody has been the only thing that has gotten me to work out consistently! Before Dancebody, working out was non-existent in my life. It’s so much fun you forget that you’re actually getting some really amazing full body exercise. I miss in-person classes in NYC :-/ but they really have been doing their best with the streaming classes and it’s the next best thing to being there in-person. The music is really awesome if you like pop, hip hop, and really fun remixes. Love love love Dancebody! Thank you for keeping me healthy while having fun!

I subscribe to DanceBody Live online. I love it! I mostly do the live online classes but also do a few of the on demand if I can’t fit the live ones into my schedule. I can honestly say I look forward to working out each day. I have lost 40 pounds since July with DanceBody in conjunction with a weight loss food plan. I love DanceBody 😊. I’m super thankful for it !

Dancebody is the BEST dance fitness workout in New York City (and now EVERYWHERE thanks to Dancebody Live, it's premiere live and OnDemand streaming service!) For dancers and "non-dancers" (me!) alike--find your 1-hour escape and channel your inner Beyonce, and get in your workout without it feeling like work! I have been hooked on this program since Day 1. Not only do I look and feel fantastic (easy, since I literally want to do these dances all the time), but I feel great supporting an incredible small business run by women during these tough times. The company's founder and CEO Katia, and every single trainer and staff member, are real gems of human beings. "Nice people dancing to good music"--what could be better?!

DanceBody is the most well-thought of workout I have tried. For years, I was not working out regularly as nothing kept me interested. But with DanceBody, all that has changed. I am now a loyal customer for almost 3 years, and the classes are interesting, so much fun, so exciting and definitely work. I burn almost 400 calories a class, not knowing how. My stamina and muscle tone have improved dramatically.

I would give this more than 5 stars if that were possible. DanceBody is for you if Zumba and other cardio dance workouts are not challenging enough for you. If you are easily bored by the same workout routine.
When you take Dancebody classes, you are not just learning the steps, which change every 3 months. You are also inspired by their instructors' hard work and dedication, which help to keep you motivated. I also love their on-demand classes, which I stream frequently to complement my dance/cardio workout. Katia, Courtnay, Yvette, and the rest of the DB team: you lift me every single day especially over the past year, which has been most difficult for me. Thank you very much XOXO

Dancebody is THE best, most enjoyable and effective workout. They use great Top 40 music, and fun but challenging & effective moves to deliver an excellent workout. I've never been this regular with my workouts - now I regularly get my 5 Dancebody workouts a week! It feels less like "exercise" and more like something fun to do which also gives a great calorie burn. I do their online streaming - Dancebody Live option. I totally love Dancebody and I recommend you give it a try - you'll be hooked!

I subscribe to the DanceBody online streaming platform and cannot say enough good things about these studios! I don't live near any of their physical locations but love that I can take live and prerecorded classes online anytime I want. I always get a great workout, and can tell that every instructor puts a lot of effort and energy into their classes. I usually get bored and plateau with various workouts I've tried before but with DanceBody I am consistently challenged and never bored. THANK You DanceBody!!

One of my favorite ways to reset my mood. Best in person, but online is fun too. The trainers have great energy, and even better form. Doing the same dances for three months allows you to really learn them, without getting bored. Highly recommend!

Dancebody is one of my favorite exercises. I Iove to dance and workout and Dancebody does it all. I’ve never been let down with any DB trainer as they are all so incredibly talented, but Katia is my true favorite and treats everyone with so much love. Highly recommend! I am loyal to my DB. Absolutely fantastic online classes. Enough breadth that there are classes suitable for most from beginners through to athletes. The monthly subscription is fairly hefty but we feel it is worth it.

The classes are fun and challenging enough that the brain is fully occupied throughout. Excellent in these anxious times.

I do Dancebody on demand, which are classes you stream. You have the option to stream a live class or watch from a library of videos.

I started in March when I read an influencer testimonial. I've always loved dance. But I'm not flexible and I'm not coordinated. Also as a mom of two small kids my body just lacked the stamina.

Since March I have lost 18 lbs and inches from my stomach. Prior to this I had tried: orange theory, soul cycle, HIIT, Pilates, you name it. None of those had worked. But this work out just works. I went from a mom bod to a hot nanny bod hahaha.

I've noticed that during the pandemic this has helped me stay positive, be accountable and feel part of a community.. there is a class for all levels, don't feel daunted.

My only complaint is that I live in Chicago and cannot join their in person hang outs.

If you've been on the fence about trying DanceBody, just go. The staff are super friendly, and the studio is gorgeous. You're guaranteed to work out muscles you didn't know existed - and to work up a sweat. It will be tough, but there are modifications to get you through. Plus, when you leave, you'll feel really accomplished.

I went to DanceBody for the first time not knowing what to expect. I took the Sculpt class with Raven - It was SO fun, great music & such an intense workout. Raven had a wonderful energy and was a motivating teacher ! My friends and I will definitely be back for more classes.

Just did full out with Julia & it was AMAZING.
It was definitely a more intense class so if you’re not looking to challenge yourself I think they offer lower level courses but all in all she had such great, intense cherography & she was so vibrant it made the energy in the room so fun. PLUS we ended the class with a KILLER butt workout, which I know I’ll be feeling tomorrow HAHA. 5 stars!
