Have taken privates with Jane, a few MAT classes and a Tower class, and what I really enjoy is the attentive and hands on approach. The classes are classical but there is a sculpt option with modifications if preferred. The space is calm and not judgmental. I also feel like I am also learning more about Pilates here.

Wonderful studio! Dear Pilates has great mat classes in addition to apparatus classes. I love mat classes and few studios offer them now.

So happy I came across this Pilates gem! This studio is the real deal. The instructors are all thoughtful, caring, and Classical. I've felt so much progress in my practice since starting with Jane and the crew. Also it's a beautiful and serene oasis. Grateful this is in the neighborhood.

The studio is beautiful and Jane is great if you thrive under a “tough love” approach - meaning no compliment and result oriented. During our private session, I mentioned that I don’t enjoy using the reformer as much due to history and past injuries and I’m curious to try other machines. She still spent most of our time on the reformer. When she asked me how I feel and I said I didn’t enjoy the reformer, she started lecturing me to push more and downplayed my injury. While I respect her knowledge and drive, I personally would’ve appreciated a more responsive, collaborative approach.

Jane was kind enough to host a private class for my friends and I during my bachelorette weekend. Everyone had such a great time! Jane was so kind and patient, and taught a great class that was perfect for a group with varying Pilates experience. It was a great way to kick off the weekend. The studio is absolutely gorgeous as well. Highly recommend. Thanks again Jane for a wonderful experience!!

such a great spot for classical pilates ~ perfect to focus on mind body connection but still be challenged in the best way! Jane is so knowledgeable and sweet creating such a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels, 10/10 recommend 🤍
