I'm really impressed with Dee Fitness! My 12-year-old son loves the boys' class with Trainer Ezra. The gym is well-run, clean, and safe. Ezra is fantastic with the kids, creating a positive and motivating environment. Highly recommend!

It's been almost a year since we started our exercise class at work with Dee fitness and it has been amazing, we have about 10-12 people join the class twice a week, and we came a far way, They took us from beginner level to amateur, all while keeping a happy and positive vibe, i feel so much better since we started, more energetic, better focused and in a happier spirit, i have seen major progress in my fitness and hope to continue with this amazing team.
