Not knowing what to expect the 1st time, but from the moment I walked in a sense of calm took over. Maggie is an absolute gem, walked me thru each portion of assessment with knowledge and care. Trying various activities to address various issues and I woke up today feeling a little more relaxed and less achey. I took an alignment class, and it was wonderful! I am mostly stationary throughout the day, working at the computer, and my whole body feels tight and achy by the end of each week. The class really helped me stretch those muscles, and I feel a million times better. The instructor made sure that I maintained the correct form throughout the class and helped make adjustments for my beginner level. I will be back! Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first class at Wellness Within. It was such a great opportunity to focus on my body and breath while being so carefully and thoughtfully led through exercises/stretches. As a Pilates instructor and long-time yoga practitioner, I didn't expect much when I signed up for the ENDOA class. I was pleasantly surprised! I have learned so much. I walked out of the class today feeling so much more relaxed, with better range of motion and better posture that I have carried with me throughout the entire day.
Moreover, talk to Enqing about chronic pain management. Many physicians and physical therapists address pain as a standalone issue. Enqing's holistic perspective and knowledge of multiple modalities might provide the answer that you have been looking for years without success.

Enqing is very patient and the teaching was very effective. The session (ELDOA Alignment) went great. The breathing exercises coupled with the effective stretching and core strengthening (also with Enqing’s patient guidance) really helped me relax and I felt lighter right after the class. I am early on in my journey here but so far I am impressed! I clicked an ad for a free pain relief class promising results and signed up for the initial “clarity call.” Of course I was skeptical but I figured I’d see where it led. To be honest, the initial call felt a little vague and ‘sales-y’ but I am SO GLAD I pushed through that and gave it a chance. Enqing could tell right away that I needed 1:1 support and recommended starting off with a 90 min paid consultation. I decided to just start out with the free group class and I enjoyed it so much that I did the 90 min consult the next day, and signed up for more sessions right after that.
After just the free group class I was already more aware of my breathing. I woke up sore (in a good way) from activating muscles I normally don’t. After the 90 min consult I physically felt more relaxed and in less pain, pretty much just from breathing exercises! The coolest thing was that after leaving the studio, I didn’t want to stop moving my body (which is never the case lol). I took a long walk after class just be cause it felt good to do so. This was on a cold, rainy Feb day fyi.
Enqing has a great energy and the studio is clean and pleasant. Im so excited to see where I am after more sessions. Highly recommend checking them out!

Very cool and interesting class! Adjustments given to each student, exercises worked deep core and great stretch for the spine, nerve flossing and fascia. Definitely could feel a better posture walking out of class! Very welcome atmosphere, small class, give it a try if you’re interested in finding a more articulate spine. The ELDOA alignment class helped me to notice the way I am holding my body and make micro-adjustments to engage my core and glutes rather than putting pressure on my spine. I attended one of Enqing's classes and never been to anything quite like it. This class was very posture focused and as a desk worker who spends the majority of the day in front of a computer, it was great to learn some spinal decompression stretches and exercises. I left the class feeling more relaxed and also woke up the next morning feeling great. It feels like a yoga, posture and PT class wrapped into one. I'd definitely try it out!

I am sharing this experience so that those considering signing up for Enqing Li's classes can make an informed decision about their comfort and safety.
During a recent ELDOA Alignment class, I'm deeply concerned to learn that the practitioner Enqing Li had inappropriately placed his hands and arm in contact with my partner's chest area, specifically making contact, specifically with her right breast with his hands, for approximately 10 seconds. When my partner said "Excuse me," he immediately apologized, saying "I'm sorry, I didn't know." While I acknowledge the possibility of an honest mistake, I find it very difficult to believe that someone would be unaware of such physical contact during a professional session.
EDIT: The response I received is honestly very disappointing. Getting back a generic, copy-and-paste reply about "ensuring a safe environment" completely misses the point of what happened here. We're talking about inappropriate touching of my partner's breast during what should have been a professional session - not some minor customer service issue. Saying they'll vaguely "address this with their team" without any real acknowledgment of how serious this is or what specific actions they'll take just shows they're not up to taking real responsibility. This kind of brushing-it-under-the-rug response only makes me more worried about their professionalism and the safety of their customers.

Went to a group class here not sure what to expect. I have a background in gymnastics, rock climbing, and circus arts, and within the first 5 minutes I could feel the effects of the breathing techniques being taught in the class. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Would like to return.

I have never heard of ELDOA alignment til I saw one of the ads on Instagram. I signed up for a 20-minute clarity call and was given two options; to attend a group class or sign up for private sessions. I chose to do the group class (which I was offered a free session) the following day, and it was a bit challenging yet satisfying class I've had! My back felt better after that one session. Jordan was so clear with the instructions and walked around to make sure you're doing the right postures. The only reason for one less star was the smell of the studio. It smelled like an old sweat the moment you opened the door. Now I've only been there once (and I was gonna come back, but I got sick) so I'm not certain if it's the normal smell of the studio or only on that day I came. Overall, I had a great experience!

Hello Wellness Within has changed my wellbeing to a high level at 68 years of age. I went to my first align class in April after having been sanitary for four years, over eating and over drinking. As I practiced at that first session, I thought "oh this is really what I need" I became a member immediately , went to classes, have private sessions and Han an evaluation. Now I feel like a new new person. I don't have the pain that I used to have in my hip and in my shoulders. I stand up straight and I have so much energy. I unexpectedly lost 20 lbs. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this team for a month or so now and it’s been a great experience. I was cautious at first but I’ve seen and felt the results— not something I’ve said frequently before. I had been in PT for over a year and had hit a plateau. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I thought the $150 i paid was for a 90-minute treatment as its ad claimed, but I got a 45-minute assessment and only a 20-minute pose introduction; the rest of the time, the owner just introduced me to enroll in the paid services!!! They only care about money, nothing about your health…
Update: The owner reached out and apologized for the misunderstanding for my experience and refunded me. What I stated above is my real experience and feeling still.

Such a great experience as I've been going to a chiropractor, physical therapy and acupuncture for pain relief.
Visiting and getting a personal assessment revealed weaknesses and vulnerabilities that was not addressed in past treatments - it's truly a holistic approach that 1: addressed my pain area, and 2: gave me knowledge and ways to keep pain at bay through alignment & posture, breathing techniques, and core exercise.
Also found the classes helpful as they are of small size and guided on a personal level.

I really like the philosophy of ELDOA, so I decided to give it a try. Enqing Li is very friendly. There were three people in this class, and everyone received enough attention. I had a one-on-one session and attended an ELDOA class led by Enquing at the Wellness Within Studio. In the personal assessment, I learned about my posture such as the curvatures of my spine, hip tilt and the placement of my feet. I learned how to activate my core and to decompress my spine. Both exercises taught in the one-on-one and ELDOA has helped to alleviate pain in a few days, while addressing the root issues . Enquing is professional, intelligent, a good listener, and kind. He is also very attentive! From the one-on-one sessions you receive detailed notes from him with a plan of action. I would recommend exploring the Wellness Within Studio, especially when you haven't gotten far ahead with your situation through physical therapy!

I don't normally write reviews but the experience here was amazing. My work requires me to sit in the office 9 to 9 everyday so my lower back always hurt and my body feels stiff. Took the first free ELDOA class today. The focus is on alignment and breathwork to lengthen the spine while learning to engage the deep core muscles and stretch the fascia. I reached out to Enqing on the recommendation of a friend. I had been experiencing chronic pain in my legs, back and shoulders along with a lack of energy. After speaking with Enqing, I decided to do the 10-week Pain Free program. I started with one-on-one sessions with Enqing and then joined the group classes. I tried out the ELDOA Alignment class. I can see the benefits of the class, when you decompress your spine you feel better, breathe easier, and your body will thank you. The instructor corrected my position within each posture and asked me questions to gauge how I was doing. I am sure I’ll be returning.

So I had come to this class with my friend. I have wanted to do a class like this for a while ,but have always been a little skeptical if it would work. After my friend and I both went to this class our expectations were exceeded tremendously. Not only was there a lot of tension that had been released from both me and my friends body, but it was also very relaxing. We both were able to really focus on our breathing and posture throughout the class which was great. Enquing was our instructor and he was AMAZING. He was really able to (in just one class) help us feel so much better with where each of us had a lot of tension. We also utilised the sauna and ice bath which was a great way to end the class. If anyone is looking for a relaxing class to help with breathing, posture, etc, then this is the class for you. We definitely will be going back again and thank you Enquing for making this the best experience!!

I had the best experience at the alignment class. I felt like my posture and breathing improved by the end of the class. The instructor coach is really helpful and helps you correct your form for the poses. I learned a lot from this class and instructor was the nicest, he genuinely cares for the well-being of everyone and believes in holistic approaches as a nurse speaking, these classes are so much a better and natural way to relieve tension all over the body than taking medications which has side effects and liver and kidney toxic. I recommend this class to everyone, all ages!!! First class is free too so everyone should try it.

I feel taller and lighter on my feet. I don’t normally have pain, more dull discomfort - but the absence of discomfort in my back and neck is very noticeable right now and I hope it lasts a while! I am a senior male with a back issues and arthritis in my back and neck. I found some of the positions difficult but Enqing patiently placed me in modified positions appropriate for my age and condition. At the end of the class I felt very relaxed and with less back pain than before. And my back felt more ‘open’ than ever before. I had an introductory ELDOA session with Enqing at the Wellness Within Studio.
I was looking for something to help release pain and tension in a lot areas of my body.
I came in with my knees hurting, my hips were stiff and tension throughout my body.
The class was challenging and worth every movement.
About a third of the way through I felt a huge shift, my body, my breath and my mind felt aligned and centered.
When we were done I felt my whole body as one. No more compartmentalizing. Stress and tension released.
Enqing also gave us instruction on breathing which helps anchor and regulate our bodies.

This class was very very good and educational. It was challenging for me at certain points as we worked through correcting my posture but I felt very relaxed and connected. I did have some tension and tightness in areas that continue to cause my pain, but it is due to my posture not being correctly aligned so in this class as we were correcting my posture I felt the tension. I would definitely recommend other to this class and I would be interested in going back for more classes in the future!

The owner Enqing greeted us and told us what to expect and a little about his coaching philosophy. I can't say enough about the class! It was both challenging and relaxing at the same time. I felt upright and more aligned after the class. Instructors give gentle hands on adjustments which is critical to learning about your body awareness. You won’t break a sweat but for some reason it’s surprisingly a really tough exercise that engages the muscles we rarely use or have been taught how to use properly. I will definitely come back!!

I've been wanting to write a review for a while but it's hard to put into words how much my life changed once I walked through the door of Wellness Within. I found this place advertised to me on Facebook. It probably appeared because I had been researching back surgery. I was having trouble walking, was at times using a wheelchair or a cane, at times having extremely painful flare ups. I had been managing pain from a herniated disc for years. It started affecting my function of my leg because it was compressing my nerve root which was causing harm to my ankle. By the time I thought to give this a shot, physical therapy hadn't fixed my issues and I was pretty sure I would need surgery, specifically spinal fusion. I had mostly given up on my ability to do many things that brought me joy in life. I started working with Enqing and right away, I saw progress. My physical therapist started taking notes on what I was doing because she was amazed. The more I did it, the better my body felt. I committed to his wholistic program and made changes to my life that I never thought possible. I am not someone who changes easily or is good at sticking with new routines -- but it was working after so many things had failed. I stopped drinking, I do daily stretches and breathing that support my body, I'm more aware of how I feel in my body and how to move with ease and without pain. I am beyond managing pain now and can honestly say I feel stronger than I ever have. I am eternally grateful for Enqing for giving me the tools and support I needed to avoid a very risky surgery. I haven't had a pain flare since I started this program seven months ago. I can't recommend this program enough, especially if you are considering back surgery.

I've been working with Enqing for the past 5 months now, and I've definitely learned a lot from the right way of breathing to correcting posture. I experienced chronic pain for the last 4 years, and doctors were not able to help me — referral after referral. However, David and Enqing were able to relieve my pain in two months. I believe Eqing is on to something! Despite, physical therapy acupuncture, and a daily paratice of yoga, I have not been able to sit cross-legged for over two years. After one session at Wellness Within, I was able to sit up straight with my legs crossed without pain. This will become part of my weekly exercise regimin! My goal is to become strengthen my core, lower back and hip flexers within the next three month. Will let you know how things trun out.

I tried Enqing’s class for the first time and really enjoyed it. As a runner, it was really helpful to learn micro adjustments to improve breathing and posture. I would definitely recommend this class.

Enqing is very knowledgeable and patient. He takes a holistic approach to healing that incorporates the whole body. I have worked with Enqing for the past number of months both 1:1 and in group alignment classes. I had hip and back pain and a lot of knee discomfort most of which have been alleviated. I also have more energy. I would recommend Enqing to anyone looking for pain relief and stress management.

The class is really one of the kind. Booked it through ClassPass and wasn’t expecting one class to have actual impact but it did. Enqing made pain relief and core muscle strengthening happening at the same time. Their workouts are also beyond physical wellness - I feel relieved on my anxieties after the class because of the breathing exercise we did. Highly recommend the 6pm class if you have to sit in front of the computer all day like me and always have tight neck & shoulder muscle after a day of work.

As someone who's very active, I've always wanted to find a way to help my body "reset". I took the Group Alignment class with a friend out of curiosity and felt like the class not only helped me correct my posture, but also made me become more aware of how everything in the body is connected. I've also done a personal assessment with Enqing where I gained a deeper insight into myself, and learned about any misalignment/tension in the body and ways to improve them. I'm really thankful for all the insights and would recommend everyone try out the alignment classes!

I just took the most unique class ever! The instructor is very friendly and knowledgeable and he taught us poses that worked on the deep core and back, but it's not like any strength class I've ever taken. I feel better after this class than after any HIIT class. And the instructor helped us develop awareness of different parts of the body. I didn't know I had spinal muscles! Afterwards I feel like there is so much space created, and my body is brand new. I highly recommend 🙌🌽➡️🍿🙏

Really great holistic health center. Took a group class with Enqing and he really helped with different low impact exercises to help strengthen my core. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their body and health!
