During individual and small group sessions, participants were able to share their experience and learn how the body and mind benefited from good nutrition. In addition, the program included a community platform in which Ms. Delilah and clients supported and encouraged each other. I took the Delilahfitness one week raw vegan challenge at the beginning of this year. So glad I did. It changed my grocery shopping and eating habits. Her menus were inspirational. Both certified nutritionists, Delilah and her sister Kwanzi gave balanced, informative, and motivational presentations on the Zoom call. We the began our 7 day journey into health and fitness awareness. She was always available for check-ins. I was never alone. Great program. I consider myself now 'raw vegan-adjacent'. I lost 8 pounds. I'd highly recommend taking this challenge.
