Caleb and the team have been great at working around my injuries (broken finger, hamstring issues, etc) to help me progress even when bumps in the road pop up. Training very tailored to the individual and the team is easy to reach and communicate with at all times. 10/10 would recommend, have seen performance improvements in my rolls and kickboxing rounds.

I've been working with Mark for almost 5 months now. I contacted Mark about virtual SC training that will supplement my BJJ training and just over all fitness. I live in NJ and with his virtual training I dropped close to 20 lbs, hit new PRs in the main big lifts, and increased my mobility. Mark's attention to detail and ability to articulate movement ques virtually is amazing. He's always there if I have additional questions, always has a positive and motivating attitude. I just cant thank him enough for helping me attain my fitness goals and setting new ones. 20/10 would recommend!

I participated in a strength training class with Marcelly. She is a kind and thoughtful instructor. She was able to curate and modify the exercises throughout the class hour. Mark is everything you want in a trainer: extremely personable, deeply knowledgable, and genuinely invested in your health and your progress towards your individualized goals. He will help you create a plan based on your goals and body type after a quick assessment of your strengths. Mark recommends and demonstrates compound lifts and accessory lifts in a way that makes you feel like you can do it too. DiSalvo Performance is a dream gym, replete with a variety of barbells, machines, dumbbells, and more; some orthodox and some very specialized. Every piece of equipment has a purpose and is available for your use. He completely revamped my squat and deadlift in just a few lessons and enabled me to lift with confidence and proper form. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to improve their lifting technique!

I came to Mark after struggling with chronic back pain throughout the day and being weaker than other competitors within my sport. Mark took a methodical approach to helping me solve my chronic back pain while simultaneously increasing my overall strength. A lot of trainers will rush the process but Mark took it step by step insuring my safety and well being throughout. Each session I often had a new problem or ache and Mark always listens to the concerns and works to help you find a solution. I’m extremely grateful to him because now I can wait for the train with out back pain and I don’t panic if there are no seats and I need to stand. I truly recommend him for anyone looking to get stronger in general or with specialized sport specific needs.

I have known Mark DiSalvo for about 7 years, and have been training with him for about 5 years. Mark turned from coach to close friend, and someone who I trust as an authority on training. He has shown me proper technique on lifts, with both kettlebell and barbells, and has been designing programs for me.
I recommend my friends and students to him all of the time.
Also, his facility is state of the art, and he has many unique machines and pieces of equipment that will help anyone achieve results.

Mark has absolutely changed how I've approached strength training, not only from a technical standpoint but a psychological one. His vast knowledge of movement paired with the technical knowhow keeps me driven while I continue to make noticeable strides across the board. I have worked out with many trainers over the years and I have never worked out with someone like Mark before. He is curious about my anatomy, my sport-specific needs, and my experience and he takes all that into account when he develops my training program. You know that feeling when you watch someone perform their craft that they have been perfecting for the past 10 years? Serena Williams dominating with her serves, Hakeem the Dream posting up anyone and anything, Winston Churchill orating his famous speaches.
That is the feeling I get when I worked with Mark. He has such an immense knowledge of not only strength and conditioning but also nutrition as well. In the beginning I genuinely found that a lot of his ideas were kind of weird and a bit unorthodox but man as I kept on training with him I clearly saw and felt results.
The man is an expert in his field and he has the knowledge and pedigree to prove it.

I've been working with Mark since March 2017. He has helped me lose 30 lb's and the progress continues today.
Mark has a very thought-out, science based approach to leading his clients and does so with a very comforting demeanor. He's positive and encouraging. Firm but forgiving when you mess up. He's deeply knowledgeable but communicates information in a context that is simple to follow.
Mark also seeks to educate you, so you can ultimately make these decisions on your own.
He set me up to take very small steps towards eating better quality foods. Rather than insisting I make big swinging, unsustainable changes, we would focus on small steps. First, we would remove one or two unhealthy food that I was hooked on and add some healthier foods while allowing me leeway to eat food I enjoyed that didn’t disrupt the goal of overall wellness. We also made some smaller changes to my eating schedule, which helped digestion and hunger cravings. Mark’s leadership was a push rather than a shove. Next thing I knew, months had passed and my body had learned to expect and even rely on healthier foods and my weight was gradually coming down.
Over the months, my goals and objectives with Mark have evolved as I've evolved in my eating habits and weight. Months later, I can make many more informed nutritional choices for myself and have a far better understanding of how my body interacts with foods.
I can always trust Mark is taking me in the right direction and that my overall well-being is paramount above the speed of my results or anything else that could influence the process.
Overall the process has been encouraging, educational and provided sustainable results. He's an authentic human being who cares and that will shine through for the very start. I highly recommend Mark for nutritional and fitness guidance.

Mark is one of the best Personal Trainers I have come across in my life. He's extremely hands on and gives you the best advice and programs possible to suit whatever needs you have. I had a great time at the Saturday morning kettle bell class. Mark was professional and personable. It was my first kettle bell experience and it was fun and challenging. He broke down everything and made it really easy to follow. I also liked that even though we were in a small group, there was lots of one on one attention to go around. Great place to check out if you are in the city or just passing through.
